2nd Floor: Features 10 one-bedroom apartments, offering more space for individuals or couples. Each floor includes a common hall area for socializing or relaxing. Additionally, the 2nd floor offers access to a common laundry area for residents' convenience. Monthly rent: ₩300,000 - 350,000.
3rd Floor: Comprises 8 one to two bedroom apartments with a small garden and acess to the gym. Unfortunately, the floor is infamous for a tragic past incident where a tenant was murdered, leading to rumors of paranormal activity, leading the price of each room lower. Despite this, each floor still includes a common hall area for residents to unwind. Monthly rent: ₩300,000-350,000.
4th Floor: Offers 7 glamorous two to three bedroom apartments equipped swimming pool access. The common hall area serves as a meeting point for residents. Monthly rent: ₩500,000 - 550,000.

This is an Apartment AU Discord roleplay, please stay in character. Your age in the roleplay is the same as your faceclaim's age. It's encouraged, but not mandatory, to choose a Korean name or your characters nationality name for your AU character.

Only one account per soul. Sharing the server link is stricly prohibited.
rule #3
Accepting idols from Asian Industry. Please put your faceclaim name in your discord about me section. OOC & IC ages from 20 and above. No characters who wished not to be roleplayed or are deceased. Please state if you are a moving couple.
rule #4
Respecting others is crucial for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, so it's important to uphold this standard. pw: whats your in-character do for a living. Be a good tenant to your neighbors, stricily no facechasing or any disrecpectful act.
rule #5
CC and TCC are unlimited. CC is 2 weeks cooldown and TCC is 1 week. TCC can last 3 days. Hiatus last for 10 days and semi-hiatus last for 15days.
rule #6
We follow a three-strike warning system, three-strike warning will get you evicted in the apartment and/or a three days of inactivity. You must inform admins when leaving or taking a hiatus. Any issues impacting roleplay must be addressed by admins.

Regardless of No-Nitro or Nitro user, your faceclaim shall match your pfp. Failing to obey any of the rules stated above will be given a warning or will get you evicted in the roleplay.
