Tonight, you messaged me about how you thought it was weird that people are nice. You saw it as strange. Something so foreign. You felt that you don’t deserve people’s kindness because throughout your life no one showed you what love truly is. I then asked you what probed this thought, and you proceed to tell me it’s because a boy asked you out.
