"Will it hurt?"

A feeling of emptiness washed over Kwon Soo Ah as she stood near the edge of the rooftop and asked herself that question. Kwon Soo Ah lived her whole life feeling alone. Her mother had never really seemed to care about her, her best friend killed herself, eveyone hates her. She is all alone and without anyone to care for her.

"It still won't hurt as much as the emptiness I feel."

All she ever cared about was studying. Her brain had already began eating up her heart. Her body began trembling as she took a step closer to the edge. She could hear her heart beating hard in her chest. Closer and closer she walked towards the edge, until,

"Stop!"

Slowly, Soo Ah turned around just enough so that she could see who the stranger was. She was suprised that someone had been standing there, but she was even more surprised to find who was standing there.

"Don't do it. I've been there before."

After a long silence, Soo Ah regained her sanity just enough to stop herself from jumping. She was confused. She didn't know whether she should be relieved, or angry that the person had prevented her from ending her misery. 

"Seo Ha Joon"

She could hear his sharp intakes of air, and saw the annoyance in his eyes.

"I told you already. I've been there before. Don't do it."

Against her will, Soo Ah's body began moving on its own. Slowly, she waked away from the ledge, and headed towards Ha Joon. All of a sudden, a wave of drowsiness overcame her. Her eyes began to close on their own, and she leaned on the strong frame now standing before her. All she knew next, was that she would live another day,

alone.
