How to screencap using KMPlayer.
Nerdy StudioKMPlayer is a lightweight audio and video player for Windows that supports a wide range of different file formats, including AVI, ASF, WMV, AVS, FLV, MKV, and many more. KMPlayer is also used for screencaps (or screen capturing) videos, turning videos into image stills or frames.

How to screen cap?
1. Download the KMPlayer and install it.
2. Once installed, go to the software and open a new video. (Ctrl + O and choose the video.)
3. The video will automatically play and press CTRL + G on your keyboard. This window will pop out.
4. Since I want to capture each frame per second this is my initial setting.
Note: if you're already used to KMPlayer, you can play with the settings.
If you notice, in the Numbers to be Extract, I choose: CONTINUOUSLY, so that I can manage to stop the screen capturing of the video.
4.1 Press start if you want to screen cap now and if you want to stop capturing images, obviously, click stop.
5. You're done! Your screen cap output are save here: C:\Documents\The KMPlayer\Capture\
