Moving On With You, Jinjoo
Description
In the heart of a small town, Minju found herself nursing wounds that were far deeper than the ones she attended to in her third year of medical school. The end of a five-year relationship had left her feeling adrift, struggling to mend not just her broken heart, but her shattered sense of self. To make ends meet and find a source of distraction, her part-time job at Cosy Cub Cafe was all she needed.
Until a girl barges in. A girl she has never seen around the small town. She went by the name, Yujin. The only reason why she never left Minju's mind was the fact that she ordered a coffee. At midnight. During closing.
As time passes, she realises Yujin was someone who chooses to live in the present, despite being haunted by her own past. Something Minju found difficult moving away from.
Soon enough, Yujin finds herself bringing Minju along with her, away from yesterday and towards an uncertain yet exciting tomorrow.
However, it's never easy doing so.
Foreword
Hi kiddos, I'm back with another story. As usual, I'm publishing so I can have that sense of urgency and not procrastinate finishing this book. I've decided to focus on this story since I have an internship coming up real soon, which I'm afraid might affect the quality of the story. And it's disappointing to say that I, my mind, don't work the same way as it did two years ago when I started writing. I take really long nowadays to even write a few words. Not sure what's wrong with me but I guess adulting is really getting to me. But don't worry, I'll always be here.
Anyway, yes, this is another story for you guys to anticipate. My opinion on whatever chapters I have so far is the humour. Weird, but yeah. You might not find it funny but I do to an extent. The dynamics you can look forward to in this story are Quiet x Talkative, Imaginative x Logical and many more.
And no, my progress for this book is far from the ending. So, expect slow updates and thank you for your patience. I have no idea how long or short this story would be but I hope there might be some life lessons for you guys to keep and learn from (not reliable).
Okay, see you in the next chapter! And always remember to stay healthy and happy
