last year of being a teenager

So, its my birthday and I'm officially 19 years old. I mean its not that exciting as my family barely remembered that it was my birthday a couple hours ago and went to the store and bought me a slice of cake. Oh yes you read that right, a slice of cake… first they forget my birthday and then im not even worth an entire cake. Im 45 miinutes into my birthday and and I've gotten 2 happy birthdays so far. One from my friend tierra and the other from a strange phone number that i dont recognized and im kinda scared to reply.

i should really go to sleep since i have to wake up in like 4 hours to go to school

Happy Birthday haha, I know the feels, parents totally forgot about mine too, well to be fair, I forgot as well. Until a friend handed me an envelope and I was like what's this...and she's like open it. And I was like, does everyone get one? I open it and its a Happy Birthday card, it was a good day :)
