For this, I think I'd want Jihyo from TWICE. Jihyo is so bright & lively, but also extremely strong and mature. The way she leads TWICE and carries herself shows it. She'd be the perfect one to go to for problems, and she'd never leave your side in times, and would be the biggest supporter you had.
