So I finally found this account of mines again. I'm so happy because I last log into it in 2012 somewhere and I finally reunited with it in 2016 now!!! But the thing is, I have a new account because I never thought I'll be able to find this one again and I'm wondering how you can transfer your things all over to this one, like make it one instead of two accounts....

Is that possible?
