Ye-Jun is a man of average height and features. He has lightly tanned, clear skin, but his cheeks are a bit more round and his eyes are very cat-like. Ye-Jun has a runner's build in that he has lean muscles and thick thighs.

He is what some would describe as more of a cute type or even an eternal youth type in how his looks are viewed, but despite smiling for the cameras as needed he is rather aloof in expression. He tends to keep himself under control in expressions as he had become used to wearing a mask and “speaking” with his eyes more than actual expressions. Despite being a bit more neutral, when Ye-Jun is excited or curious it shows in how his eyes widen or his lips part. It is the small things that show those around him how he truly feels or thinks.

He used to have his ears pierced, but shortly before debut he decided to let his ears heal or to not wear jewelry in an effort to distance himself further from his previous persona as a solo artist. He still has a raven tattoo on his right shoulder that he is fond of however.
