Steps.
This morning, at around 10 o'clock, me and my sister went walking throughout the neighborhood. I had my iPod set on the pedometer to track how many steps, how much time, and how many calories I was burning. To motivate me I kept thinking about the goal I want: loose at least 50 pounds. I don't know how much I weigh now, but I'm not trying to figure it out. If I end up doing that and see that I haven't dropped any weight I'll end up trying more harder, and harder then end up in a hospital. Right now my iPod says that I've walked 1,838 steps. The start time was 10:00 AM and stopped at 10:24 AM. So that's a good 24 minute walk ^^ I've burned 79 calories (which is why the short-sleeved hoodie I was wearing was covered in sweat). Anyways, I'm trying to watch what I eat. I've only ate two sausage and egg biscuits when I got back home with orange juice, a cup of water, and french fries with a half a hamburger today at around 1:30 PM. Wish me luck on my diet please!
