And another thing...

Should I look at the calories of the fat from the food, or the calories itself? Because I'm kind of confused right now, I've just checked a bag of chips and it says Calories: 150 and Calories from fat: 90. So... what should I do?

The calories from fat is how many calories you are gaining from the fat alone. But if it just says calories that's how much the whole ingredients is giving you.
