I was inactive for more than a year in the anime forum and I earned around 5k points through my poems and original short stories for the year of 2011. I mean, no one gives me rep points when I post a reply in their threads, no matter how much thought I put into that, but they give me rep points for my poems and stories. So I have more points than a few older users. I reached the top rank  [based on rep points] in my first day because of one poem. I'm BAKEMONO even if I am only a newbie [level; based on the number of posts]. So I was kinda envious that others get to be NINJA or SAMURAI while I go skip to the highest rank, which basically means monster. Unless you are a writer, graphic artist, photographer or a popular user, it is pretty hard to earn rep points.

[Oh and their graphics are... whoah... I never dared post mine there lol. They have graphic battles and they leave me speechless. They have Signature of the Month contests, which is like the graphic contests here but they also have the GFX battle/warfare, wherein one posts a challenge to another artist. The challenger posts the conditions, etc. When the other artist accepts, the battle is on.]  

Back to my story. Last Sunday, I posted my new poem in a new thread because my old thread was locked due to inactivity. After editing, I kinda explored the site. That's when I noticed a new feature. It's called credits. I have 331. I was confused what these credits are for.

THEN I SAW THE SHOP. OH MY GOSH. THERE'S AN I-SHOP AND WE PAY USING CREDITS.

BUT THE PRICES ARE TOO STEEP FOR PROFILE ICONS. THE CHEAPEST IS WORTH ONE THOUSAND. I WANT ONE TOO.

Fast forward. A moderator pm'd me [I also receive alerts via email]. He unlocked my old thread, merged the two threads together and then moved the old comment a user posted to my review thread. HEHE. So I had to open my account to thank him personally. I was so thankful because I didn't even ask.

Then, I got notifs. I didn't get any comments in my review thread after three days so I was shocked to see rep point notifs.

I now have a total of 9974, with a rep power of 200. That's not all. 

I HAVE 2501 CREDITS.

I am guessing that I got that much credits even if I didn't post replies because of my rep points. Now I dunno which one to buy. I can afford some of them now. Hihi. They said they would add more to the shop so I guess I'll save mine for now.

IMAGINE IF WE HAVE AN AFF SHOP. AND WE USE KARMA TO PURCHASE ITEMS.
