The trait in her that rings with the most clarity is her kindness. She is the most patient and selfless person many have ever met, and would go to great lengths to help people in need. She is caring and loving, always putting the happiness and safety of others before her own. She is artistic and creative, with an active imagination. She is passionate about her interests and tries to use them to make people happy. She has a fiery will to protect people, and will do anything to keep them content. If someone she cares about is upset, she is bold and unafraid of anything, willing to face even her greatest fears and problems. She is a true friend to anyone who wants her as one, devoted to the role and a great listener when they have problems. She isn't the best giver of advice, but she's always prepared to lend a shoulder to cry on.
However, all her good qualities also equate to her flaws. Her excessive kindness has lead to her being a pushover and she often finds herself being used by people who do not appreciate her. Her family and true friends have warned her about people like that before, but she is stubborn and insists that she doesn't mind helping them. At times though, she can be too selfless and neglects her own needs, bottling up her own pains and struggles because she doesn't want to burden other people with her feelings. She lacks level-headedness and does not think before she acts if someone she cares for is in trouble or upset. She gets herself hurt far more often than she should when this happens, due to her inability to rationalise and her tendency to rush to help people without thinking.

The most significant series of events in her past are probably what made her so caring towards the people aroud her. When Anya started elementary school as a shy, softspoken girl, a family moved into the apartment next to her own. There was a girl who was around five years older than her. Her name was Jaehee, and they would leave for school at the same time every morning. On the day of their first morning encounter, Jaehee smiled at Anya and gave her an apple with a sticky note on it. It read, "Smile today, and make everyone you meet smile with you." Jaehee continued to inspire Anya over the years, with the most random acts of kindness and friendliness. It was years before Jaehee suddenly disappeared, and weeks more before Anya could muster the courage to ask Jaehee's familly where she was. It turns out that Jaehee had been battling cancer for a long time and had lost the war just the day before. Anya was unsure of how to feel and act, and regretted immensely that she never dared to speak to Jaehee before she left. From this day, Anya began to open up and let go of her shyness, blossoming into what she hoped was a tribute to Jaehee. She never stopped admiring Jaehee's bravery and selflessness, the strength and joy she embodied not only in herself but in others as well, despite her own hardships.

They always look out for and find comfort in each other. Anya does whatever she can for him but is learning to be a little more dependant on him at the same time.

She really doesn't ask for much, but one trait her ideal type would have is to not be embarrassed or afraid of her being the one to step up and look after him. Most of her male friends have a strong ego about their masculinity; they don't allow her to take care of them and she doesn't know how else to show them how much she cares. He would be understanding and open-minded, willing to talk through problems and face them head on. She would like a partner who is respectful towards elders and well-mannered towards everyone. Him liking to cuddle is a bonus, because she likes warmth on cold days. Other than that, she isn't picky about their looks or the way they dress. What matters most to her is their personality.

how would you react if someone close to you dies? a stranger?
I understand that life works that way, but no matter how much I remind myself that one day everyone I know and love will have to leave my side, it still hurts all the same. I am someone who pushes negative thoughts to the back of my mind and I try my best to never cry around other people, but sometimes the smallest thing will trigger something inside me and I'll break down in tears. Strangers are the same; they're people as well, and I can empathise with their friends and family. My emotional connection with them may not be the strongest, but there will be a lingering feeling of solemnity and sadness in me.

Yes, without a doubt. I'd willingly do anything for the sake of someone else.
what do you consider most precious to you?
This is going to sound so corny, but it's love. Love is what is holding the world together; it is the strongest force there is and ever will be. Love creates all the things that make humanity good; kindness, compassion, patience, tenderness. It doesn't work the other way round. Love is so versatile; it is limitless and everyone experiences it whether intimate or not. Love is what drives me to stand for everyone I care for.

suggestions - - i'll leave it to you; you are the writer! :) i'm just hoping for some cute moments to occur. maybe for the guy to do something to make anya realise that there are people who care for her as much as she cares for everyone. that would be lovely because she's so devoted to helping people that she hardly thinks about herself.
