It had to be a joke. Some kind of a hoax. An elaborate prank by some crazy cult or just a bunch of stupid college kids out for a good laugh. Things like this didn’t happen in reality, it was too crazy. Life wasn’t a graphic novel. The end of the world was a notion, an idea, metaphorical, not a literal event. People didn’t really become monsters.

Inspired by David Bowie's Five Years Actually some of the lyrics are written in Italics and they blend with the story because well, it's inspired by the song. I really don't know what I tried to do or what I wanted to accomplish with this short story but my friend JojTOP said she liked it after reading it so here it is. Seunghyun's POV
