Jenny Park, now known as Park Bom, came back to South Korea after 10 years in the US. She had studied music in the Berklee College, spending hours practicing her vocals. Her hard work had paid off as her demo tape caught the eye of the owner of YG entertainment, Yang Hyun Suk, who invited her to join the prestigious YG family. That was why Jenny was standing in the Incheon Airport, preparing to go back to her house which she stayed during childhood.

Together with her teammates, Sandara, Minzy and CL, she trained hard, spending hours to perfect her singing styles and dance routines. Despite the grueling routines, the girls never complained, for they know that’s the only route to debut.

[Three years ago]           

Today is November 11^th, which is also Pepero Day. Everybody is in high spirits, for Pepero Day is also the South Korean Version of Valentine’s Day. For Park Bom, it is her first time celebrating Pepero Day.

Little did she know that this day is going to be very very special to her.

I have always been fascinated by Pepero Day which the Koreans celebrate. I thought it's a pretty cute day. The idea popped into my mind when I saw my friend's photo of all kinds of pepero which her korean friends have gifted her on Pepero day. It's not going to be a long story, at most 5 shots.
