Accustomed Protocols:

01. This is an Alternative Universe (AU) Fantasy City Themed Roleplay. It only means that you have to use your muse's real name in the roleplay. Your facebook name must be unique and different from your muse's name so it will not easily get Security Checks or that your account won’t be closed. Chinese characters and the like of your name in facebook will be prohibited due to hardships on tagging and such.

02. One character and account every handler, typist, or operator. It is only up to 5 times if you wanted to change your permanent muse and a one month waiting period after each switch. If ever you wanted to have a temporary change of muses, inform the admins first and your muse will only be used in the span of 1-2 weeks and still one month period after each switch of the temporary change. If ever you wish to change your account, discuss with the admins.

03. If ever you decided to leave the roleplay, please do inform us, admins, to be knowledgable and discuss why are you going to leave. Do not just leave or deactivate your account without any permissions. Let us have courtesy here. Will be blacklisted and can’t return if failed to do this.

04. Inactivity for one month and you will be removed from the Roleplay. Activity Checks will be done once a month. Being online and just private messaging some members will not be counted as active. You have to post at least One SNS updates, blog posts, or a normal Wall post on your timeline in a day. Remember, 1 post on your timeline per day, not posts on OOC groups, PLOT groups, or any groups but ON YOUR TIMELINE. If ever you plan to be on either hiatus or semi-hiatus, please contact the admins for your reasons and for the time span of your hiatus like how many days/weeks/months. If you want to extend your hiatus status, then inform us also. If ever your account got locked or get security checks or forgot the password and cannot retrieve anymore you may still message the Admin’s account and say that you are from Astrophilia City that got locked account or etc. Please indicate your Muse when telling the admins that you are from the city.

05. Make sure that you have added all of the members inside the Roleplay and no other outsiders. When new citizens will come and live in our city, update your friendlist as much as possible. This is a private roleplay and we want our community to be safe from other people that are not in the roleplay so they will not have access to the content and members we have. Admins will be posting in City Hall Group to welcome every new citizen and we will be posting in Checkouts Group when one citizen left, so please be updated on the announcements. Unfriend immediately those members who have left.

06. Drama will not be allowed in both IC and OOC. We do not tolerate immature behavior here because this is a happy and friendly community. If ever you experience being harassed or disputes by other members, please discuss with the admins. We will be listening to your problems and help you on solving it. The ‘Drama’ that I’m pertaining to is like problems in life. But for example you have a break up problem in IC or your dog died in IC, you know what I mean guys just.. yeah hehe.

07. Respect for everyone. We expect everyone to be matured enough on what they are doing and showing towards the members. Have fun and enjoy roleplaying always. If you have a problem with the members, contact the admins immediately and do not ever start a fight. The admins can help you out in a pleased manner so everyone else would not be affected badly.

When Roleplaying:

08. Emojis and chatspeak are only allowed in text messages and SNS posts (e.g. instagram, twitter, snapchat, etc.). We are encouraging everyone to maintain the literacy on normal posts. English Only Policy should always be observed. Please label OOC comments with brackets and IC posts with titles in order for us to easily distinguish the posts/comments.

09. Private messages will only be used for OOC talks, plotting of , and for being friends, but it is not always used. Socialize with other members and post in groups, plot with them. PM roleplay is fine but be mindful that we focus on Roleplaying on Public posts.

10. s are only allowed in private messages or in private timeline posts. Our roleplay is not themed so please be reminded of that. We convince everyone to use the Red Room Group for or any R stuff. If your muse’s age is below 18, you’re not gonna be allowed to enter/be added to the Red Room group. Please state in the application form ‘No’ for Red Room.

11. All posts with triggering subjects must have a warning label on top. Label it clearly to avoid encounters of such contents for members who might not be comfortable with it. (Reminders: these subjects are not allowed in this roleplay: Drugs, Suicide, Self-harm, , and uous relationships)

12. Triggering words like cussing in posts or even in comments will not be allowed (e.g. Piss off, head, , , Son of a , Bastard, etc.). However cursing is allowed (e.g , , etc.) just know your limitations and make sure it isn’t referring to anyone else unless both of you know that you are joking with each other. Please respect everyone, even yourself.

13. No breaking the fourth wall. If you are not part of a post or is not told directly about something, they should not be aware about it. Password is the answer to this riddle: I fly without wings, I cry without eyes, what am I? . Cross roleplaying is also accepted here.

14. LGBTQ+ is allowed here so feel free to love. Moved in couples are welcome, just inform the admins but do not stay on your relationship bubble, please socialize with everyone. There will be a 2 weeks dating ban. It means, if you are new here, you are not allowed to have a partner not until you have been here for 2 weeks above. There is also a marriage ban just in case someone wants to get married immediately after being a couple. You guys have to stay in your nice relationship for at least 6 months after being a legit couple.

15. Our goal is to have a happy and friendly community so please socialize with everyone as much as possible. Plot with other members and make more friends. Bubble roleplaying will not be tolerated. Enjoy roleplaying always.
