An unexpected school council of only handsome
young men are allowed to join in.
They, who rules the school ground & spreading the love around, & mostly fangirls are over
with them except that they are not into events & a such.
The student council are just full of hooligans
which make some of em' a bully.

An ordinary girl, Reiko Takeda,
with her long hair swaying side to side with glasses on & below-knee skirt. Indeed, a very nerd girl
whose dream is to see wonderful & exciting events which she wanted to make improvement
for the school to be more fun & enjoyable
which she was inspired by what her brother said when she was little
and been dreaming to overcome exciting events like fireworks school festival & etcetera.

She had move in & out from school to another school due to her father's business.
She then joined in the student council in her new school but big trouble
comes in her way of her dreams that she got kicked out in a harsh way.
Will she be able to overcome her dreams, begging the student council to let her in or get bullied in her everyday life ?
What's next ? The President of the student council,
who is an aloof & scary type of person, makes his first move by siding her ?!
