Wedding Bells
Love Me, PleaseChapter 4: Wedding Bells
This is the day.
The wedding takes place in one of Jeon’s villa and it is a VIP wedding where only certain people can come. Hyojin is attending the guest, wearing a white dress despite her formal attire while Hwayoung is playing around with Dasom and Sungjong.
“This would be your wedding if you agreed,” teased Sungjong.
“Shut up!” Hwayoung playfully said. “I’m too fabulous to get married.”
“Or too childish,” teased Dasom and they laughs.
Hwayoung looks around and whisper to her friends. “Let’s taste the cake…”
“Before the wedding?” asked Dasom.
“Let’s go!” Hwayoung drags her friends to the kitchen.
Nicole and Hyuna are excited. Both of them are peeking at the guest from the bedroom Hyosung’s getting ready.
“Rich people sure are different,” said Hyuna staring the fancy cars some people drove.
“Which one is from the groom side?” asked Nicole, looking all around.
“Hey, that guy is cute,” pointed Hyuna and Nicole laughs.
“Guys…” Hyosung whines.
The two friends turn to look at the girl in the white wedding dress. The wedding dress is simple yet stunning. It is sleeveless with laces on top of her chest, it hugs her small waist perfectly and embroiders at the lower part of the dress. Her makeup is simple yet beautiful and her long brown hair is made into wavy curls. Her two friends couldn’t help but to gaped at her gorgeous appearance.
“Oh. My. God.” Hyuna exclaims, couldn’t take her eyes away from Hyosung.
“You’re a goddess!” Nicole looks at her up and down.
Hyosung blushes at her friends’ response.
“Let me put on the veil,” said Nicole, carefully putting the tiara along with the veil on Hyosung’s head.
“Aww…” Nicole and Hyuna awe at her perfect wedding look.
“Mother would be happy to see you like this,” Hyojin came in walking towards her.
“Unnie…”
Both of her friends leave, giving some space to Hyosung and her sister.
“There’s a reason why I refused to get married…” Hyojin started, staring at the window looking at the guest arrival.
“Why unnie?” asked Hyosung.
“There’ll be time that I will tell you why…but I just wanna say, thank you.” Her sister sincerely smiles and hugs her.
“Thank you for your sacrifices,” Hyojin said after breaking the hug. “Remember that learn to love is more wonderful than any knowledge. Your relationship and Kikwang will be a timeless love if you know how to do it right.”
Hyosung stares at her sister, thinking of the wise words she just said. To be honest, she doesn’t understand any of it.
“I’ll try…” she unsurely said.
“It’s time,” said Kangin who’s entered the room and smiles immediately after seeing Hyosung in a wedding dress.
Knowing that her wedding time is here, it just gave a chill and her stomach started to churn. She started to feel nervous although she got no feelings with the man she’s about to married. Not to forget her non attractive future husband.
“Ready?” asked Kangin, standing next to her representing her father to walk her down the aisle. She nodded nervously, inhaling a large sum of oxygen.
Hyosung crossed her arm with Kangin and the main door opens revealing large sum of crowds at the right side and the left side. More butterflies are swarming her belly. The wedding song started to play as she walks step by step to the altar. She keeps her head low, looking at the ground while people keep whispering about her beauty. She can’t help but to feel proud by the compliments.
“She’s so pretty…” “Yeah…they suit each other.” “The groom is also very handsome.”
Handsome? Did she hear it right? Some people are saying that nerdy Kikwang is handsome. They must be kidding. She was laughing by herself.
“I’m so proud to be the one walking you down here,” Kangin said smiling happily.
“You’re a part of our family too. You’re my brother,” said Hyosung replying his smiles and they reached t
