Chapter 1: Wow. Just. Wow.
I liked how much you kept some things a secret: why Byul's mom left and where to, why was Byul given to the uncle, Minseok's "job". At times, I felt as if I was in Byul's innocent shoes.  I liked how smoothly you imcorporated the song and the quick-ish pace you set in this. There weren't a lot of descriptions but that's because the focus was on the dialogue (which I think is characteristic of your writing style), and it seemed to fit well with the theme. Thumbs up for the this oneshot. Good job ^_^

By the way, is five-year old Byul home alone when Minseok goes to work later at night?
