Description
Taemin is a young K-idol who was just 3 years into his debut. He is a warmhearted, childlike and playful boy who barely ceases to smile. But one fateful night, all that gradually changed. He was a victim of young love; cared, worried and love too much until he lost the most precious thing in his life. He fell but he eventually lifted himself from the ground. To try and forget about his disappointments and heartbreaks, he shifted his focus to other things; focusing on his priorities and loving himself first before loving others. In three years time, Taemin grew to be more successful as a professional in his field but he also grew coldhearted. The warmhearted boy was no more. The change that had occured in him had also started to affect the people around him. Though a lot of things may have changed drastically for Taemin, the memory of that night and the events preceding it continued to haunt him.
Foreword
Hi guys! This is the first ever fic that I'm going to publish online. I know this story may seem to have that cliche "idol life" plot (though I really chose that as the theme of the story), but I'm trying best to give it a more K-drama direction and "un-cliche" it somehow lol I hope you guys enjoy reading it the way I enjoyed writing it. This fic really means a lot to me, spent the days and the nights of my summer trying to put this together plus it's the very first fic that I got to write past the second chapter (I've written two fics before but I eventually scrapped them after the second chapter because of writer's block and demotivation haha). I'm also doing my very best to give the idols justice by keeping them "in character" and as true to who they are in real life. If any of you have question or clarifications, please do not hesitate to leave them down the comment box and I will gladly answer. Also, if you guys have any feedbacks I would love to hear them in order to learn more and in order to fix up the story somehow. God bless and enjoy! :3
