The next day, I woke up early and prepared breakfast and left a note on the table saying "Oppas, I made breakfast already! I'm going out early today to take pictures! See you all at dinner later! Annyeong!" before leaving the house.

I breathed in the morning air. It has been long since I woke up this early. I headed to the nearby cafe to get my daily milkshake from Jinwoon at his cafe. Jinwoon was the new friend I made when I started buying milkshakes from his cafe a while back. We hadn't really talk till one day he asked whether we could be friends and I agreed readily. He was a very comfortable friend to be with, but we only talk when I buy milkshakes from him.

"Annyeong oppa!" I said
"Annyeong! Here's your milkshake!" He said while handing over the milkshake to me
"You are early today!" He told me
"Yeap, I wanted to start my day extra early. I'm gonna take pretty pictures of Seoul!" I said
"Really? I wanna go too! I'll just tell my boss about it!" He said
"Your boss lets you go like that?" I asked curiously
"Yeah, it's supposed to be my off day today but I have nothing to do so I came back to work. Now I have something to do!" He said happily
I agreed and waited outside for him while drinking my milkshake. Within minutes, he came out in casual clothes, holding a DSLR camera.
"You take pictures too?" I asked
"Yeah, I love photography!" He said
"Yay, so do I!" I said happily
"So where are we going?" He asked
"Hmm... Gyeongbokgong palace?" I said
"Okay!" He said

We took a bus to the palace and chatted along the way. We talked about almost everything under the sun and we got to know more about each other.
I started taking pictures of the surroundings while he took his. We went separate ways for awhile and met up again, examining our pictures carefully.
"Oppa, let's take a picture together!" I said
"Sure!" He said
We did wacky poses and silly faces and laughed at the pictures we took.

"Next stop, Hongdae!" I said
Hongdae was famous for their cafes and I was excited to be going there. We took a train there and arrived shortly.
We walked along the streets, and wasn't surprised there weren't many people because Hongdae was usually crowded at night.
"Oppa, let's go into the Hello Kitty cafe!" I said excitedly
"What? I'm a man." Jinwoon said
"Oppa you better go in with me or I will upload those photos online!" I threatened jokingly
"Don't do anything silly! Okay okay let's go." He surrendered
When we entered the cafe, I was amazed by the pink walls and the Hello Kitty character and headed straight to the pink cushions and sofas. I was only brought back into reality when Jinwoon placed the waffles and cappuccino with a Hello Kitty face on it.

"Thanks oppa!" I said while admiring the food and taking pictures.
"I can't believe I'm here." He said while shaking his head
"It's a dream come true, right?" I said
"You seem so immersed in this whole thing." He said
"Not a big fan of Hello Kitty but hello, you have to admit this is so cute!" I squealed
"I'm glad to see you smiling so wide." He said
"What?" I head his words and my head shot up immediately
"I rarely see you smile like that. Everytime you come into the cafe to get your daily milkshake, you would smile, but I could tell it was fake. But today, seeing you smile, I know it's a real smile." He explained
"I really looked sad?" I asked
"Yes. It was written all over you face." He said
"That bad?" I asked
"Yup." He said while sipping his drink.
"Oppa, can I ask you something?" I asked
"Yeah?" He said
"What if I like a guy, and he gets together with another girl, but he doesn't know I like him because he only treats me like a dongsaeng, then I start ignoring and acting cold to him but don't tell him the reason even when he asks. Do you think that's the right choice?"
"From a guy's point of view, this is definitely annoying. Guys hate mind games and wants you to just say everthing you are unhappy with. Even if he has a girlfriend now, it doesn't mean you can't go back to how you two used to be before the girl came into the pictures. You can still continue the good oppa-dongsaeng relationship you used to have." He advised.
I pondered over what he said and I finally realized what he said made sense.
"I got it oppa, thank you!" I said gratefully

We finished our food and drinks before heading outside to the streets to take pretty pictures of Hongdae. I glanced at my watch and it read 2pm. We had eaten a light lunch thus we were still hungry.
"Oppa, wanna eat deokbokki? My treat!" I said
"Since you are treating... I shall accept!" He said happily while I linked arms with him and strolled to the deokbokki stall.
"Ahjumma, two servings of Deokbokki and pancakes, thank you!" I said
After receiving our food, we went to a nearby bench to sit down and eat.

"Ahhhh, this tastes so good!" I said while savouring every taste
"Yeah, everything tastes better on a cold day!" Jinwoon said
"Totally!" I agreed
"____-ah, can I ask who is the person you mentioned about just now?" He asked
"Hmm, I'll tell you next time? I'm glad for your advice, I'm gonna patch things up later on!" I said happily
"Okay, you better tell me! Treat me to a meal when you guys patched things up." He said
"I already treated you to deokbokki and pancakes!" I argued
"That's the fee for my advice!" He said
"I'll think about it!" I said before sticking out my tongue at him

We continued strolling around the streets before deciding to go bowling since I had a few more hours before I needed to get back to the dorms to cook. I enjoyed cooking for the boys, it was a kind of bonding time which I looked forward to everyday.

I wasn't good at bowling while Jinwoon was a pro at it. He was teaching me how to bowl but gave up and started laughing at me after my bowling ball went into the gutter for the nth time.
"Oppa! You are supposed to be helping me, not laughing at me!" I whined
"I will! After I finish laughing! HAHAHAHAHAHA!" He broke into laughter again
I finally scored one after a while and showed him a smug look while he just smirked at me.

"Oppa, I got to go, my fridge is empty and I need to get some groceries at the supermarket!" I said
"Okay, I'll help you with it!" He said
We took a bus back to the dorms and walked to the nearby supermarket to shop for groceries. (Yes the one that I went to before the SMTOWN party)
I got the items that I needed with ease as I quickly decided the menu for today and the next few days.
Jinwoon insisted on carrying my items back to the dorms, but I didn't want him to know that I was staying with the members as I didn't want unnecessary drama. I trust Jinwoon, but this isn't the right time.
