Joy just found out about the project in Korea. She was excited about the project, even though it has nothing to do with her.

She's currently sitting on a chair in one corner of the conference room, while get mother is talking to someone on the phone.

"Yes sir, so we'll be taking up the project and as you said we'll fly over there as soon as possible, you know after the visa and everything." Her mother says excitedly. She immediately regretted that a second later though when she had to move her hand up and down hastily as soon as she heard squeaks and laughter as if to remind the others that she's still on call.

Joy can swear these adults sometimes act as little kids. They'll all be going of to South Korea day after tomorrow and Joy was already thinking of a way to convince her mother to let her join them. 'Just because she wanted to have a vacation' was what she told herself. But inside, she knew why she was so eager on going to Korea.

She might find her father there.

She knows her mother came to Canada from Seoul, Korea when Joy was two. That must mean her father would be from Korea.

She lets her thoughts to a stop as she finally hears her mother speak.

"Guys, now listen to me carefully." Wendy says calmly. "That was Jung Ji-Hoon, the CEO of the company called Brass Records, so turns out they not only produce music and stuff but also have actors, dancers and groups under them. They want us to advertise thier company overseas as well as in Korea, as it's fairly new and they need audience. So we've decided on who all will accompany is there. I'll be calling out your names now."

"Alright so we obviously have Lisa, she'll be looking after funds that Mr. Jung doesn't look after. Yoongi, Dahyun, Momo, Jin, Sana, Hyunjin, Key. You all will be accompanying us."

"Mina will be accompanying us too, she was the one who brought us information about this deal.....right?" Lisa added uncertainly, worried about Wendy's response.

"Yes, she will be." Rosé says eyeing Wendy as if talking to each other by thier eyes.

"Thank you so much ma'am. I'll not disappoint you." Mina says showing her signature gummy smile again.

Lisa just mentally says she's really cute.

Joy and Wendy are back at thier house. Rosé also tagged along because it had gotten very late when they left and it was practically Rosé's second home.

"Guys come here, let's eat food." Wendy demands. She wasn't in a mood to cook, so they just ordered.

"Coming!" Joy squeaks. They were both now coming to the dining area where Wendy and food was.

Wendy just saw them laugh about things, she doesn't bother asking because she knows it must be something silly.

"So mommy, you're going to Korea day after tomorrow, huh?" Joy and Rosé have now settled down. Joy starts the conversation, while Rosé is just busy devouring all the food she could see.

"Yeah, this project will be tiring for sure, but I feel like it'll be worth it." Wendy feels honourable to have this project for thier team. And she tried her best to only see the positives. But inside her there is still something bugging her, only she knows what this something is. She has this feeling that something will go wrong but right now, she wants to ignore it.

"Uhh...m-mommy, I actually wanted to ask you.....s-something." Joy shifted uncomfortably in her seat almost like what she's about to say is illicit. Rosé's still eating her food.

Wendy straightens putting all her attention on Joy.

"I...uhm...I was thinking maybe....uhh I.....uhhh I wanted to ask.....uhhh-"

"Dude can't you just say it straight, I came here to see drama, not you saying 'uhh...I want to...uhhh'." Rosé imitates Joy in a mocking tone but she doesn't stop there. "Such a coward I swear to god!" Rosé mumbles the last part earning a little smack from Joy. Rosé groans and rubs the part of her hand where Joy hit her.

Wendy just laughs at the two, bickering like thier life depended on it. Wendy loves seeing her child this way, happy.

"Okay, okay stop you two. Joy tell me, don't be afraid." Wendy is now eating the last bit of her food.

"Yes, so uhh....mommy I wanted to ask if..." Joy stiffened.

".....Icouldgotokoreawithyou" Joy puts her head down and catches her breath. Rosé just stifles a laugh.

Wendy heard it. Joy wants to go to Korea with them. She's obviously not angry just curious.<
