BACKGROUND both of her parenst are from south korea and moved to NYC for school. both parents went to juliard. her mom for dance and almost made it as a ballet dancer but ended up pregnant with Songs older brother so she gave up on becoming part of a ballet company and instead became and instructor for julliard. her fater is a sound tech. they met in south korea and went to julliard together got married became successful and had a family. they arent rich but are not poor either they are comfortable and well off.
Song is the youngest with 2 older brothers. she grew up in dance studios and recording studios. she knew ever since she could remeber she wanted to work in the music industry and so she went to arts schools. she always had a talent for dance and dinging but as she got older she descovered rap and worked hard to master it. it didnt take long to figure out she had the talent for it. she wa an excellent student and was noticed by many companies in america who wanted her as an artist. she wanted to go back to south korea and make it big there. she loved her culture and the music scene from whatshe had observedwhen she would visit her grandparents every summer. she did an open audition for jyp and made it. she also from a young age was gifted with the easeof playing instruments she jknows guitar, Bass( like a cello), amd piano but give an instrument and with in 2 days shel have it mastered.
