► Ana is a really intelligent person. She can come up with all sorts of creative yet believable reasons and excuses. She is a very sincere person. When she cares, she truly cares. Ana is a hardworking and responsible person. She takes her job very seriously and doesn't usually play around when she's doing her job. She is also an adventurous person. She loves exploring stuff. Yoo Ana was born on 20th May, 1984 in Gwangju, South Korea. Being born and raised in Jeolla Province, she has Jeollado dialect. She was born into a family of three; her father, mother and older fraternal twin sister by an hour. She was trained ballet when she was in elementary school. When she was 11, she moved to Seoul with her twin sister to pursue her dreams of being a model whereas her sister dreams of being an actress. When she auditioned to be a model, they said she was too young and told her to come back when she was older. She accompanied her sister and was signed to SM Entertainment after passing the audition in 1995. She spent five years doing constant training in singing, dancing and acting.  She graduated from Sookmyung Girls' High School in 2003. In 2007, she graduated from Dongguk University, receiving a degree in acting and a lifetime achievement award at the graduation ceremony.

► ( LADIES' TOUCH ) 
Ladies' Touch made their debut in 2000 and was loved by many. They had so many hit songs and they were loved nationwide. They were crowned the "Nation's girl group" until the debut of Girls' Generation in 2007, that was when Ladies' Touch began to be replaced. They have stopped promoting as a group as there were no comebacks planned for them and there were no commercials for them to endorse as a group. Though, the members were still active individually in acting, modelling and even as a soloist.

Ana began modelling and endorsing for various things but she focuses on clothings more. When Ladies' Touch contract ended in 2009, they have decided not to renew their contract with SM Entertainment and the nine of them parted ways. Ana and her twin sister signed with Blossom Entertainment to pursue their acting career after the disbandment of Ladies' Touch. In August 2015, Ana and her twin sister has ended their contract with Blossom Entertainment and is currently in a discussion with the other members of Ladies' Touch as they plan to reunite. 

► ( MODELLING CAREER ) 
Ana began her modelling career as a fitting model in early 2009 for various clothing brands. It wasn't until mid 2009 that she became a fashion model, appearing in runway shows, magazine editorials and commercials. She was known to be the ideal model for having a beautiful face, a perfect height as well as a fantastic figure. She signed with ESteem as her modelling agency while Blossom Entertainment as her acting agency. She posed for various magazine covers, like Vogue, Vogue Girl, Elle, Elle Girl, W, High Cut, Marie Claire, Nylon, and many more. Not only does she covers for Korean magazines, but she also covers for US magazines, French magazines, German magazines, Italian magazines and many more. She came on stage at the Seoul Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, Berlin, Pret-a-porter and so on. Also, she wore collection of world famous designers such as Christian Dior, Marc Jacobs, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, and so on. Ana was a guest judge of OnStyle "Korea's Next Top Model" in season 3 but later became a permanent judge in season 4 & 5.

Unlike her twin sister, Ana only made her acting debut in 2014, she acted as Cha Sooahn in Hotel King, alongside her twin sister who was playing the role of the female lead character.
