Don't ask

Don't ask what you want

If you're going to do your way anyways

Every time seeing my idea rejected, I can't

You're always highways or my ways

Don't ask me to plan something

If you've already made up your mind

I want to roam around, chill, and sing

Walk away strangling my proposal, that's your kind

Don’t ask me what you want to eat

If you’ve already decided on the main course

I wanted a vegan dish but you ordered all the meat

Even the dessert will be of your choice, of course

Don’t ask me where you want to go

If you’re holding the steering wheel

Why give me an arrow, when you have the bow

My bad for hoping, knowing you’re crooked to deal
