In a world ravaged by war corruption rules, survivors salvage throughout the ruined cities. Mutated creatures roam the streets, killing the surviving. The government, or rather what remains of it, studies the people crawling through the rubble, seeing what affect the radiation has. Most die, the remaining gain useless mutations or are killed off by either starvation, dehydration, or the nasty creatures
