Korea National Police Agency did everything to catch him, including gathering their best of the best cops to form the Perfect Team. Young aspiring detective, Jung Taekwoon, summoned to be part of the team. With The Perfect Team, he's bound to catch The Proposer with the help of Shin Maeri, the only surviving victim.
