Like many of those who dreamt of becoming a famous artist, I thought that having a beautiful face backed with a great vocal talent, I'd be easily noticed as a star potential and be molded as one of the greatest artist known. I flew from my hometown in Chungcheongnam-do - only with a bag of clothes and few thousand won handed by my sister in haste, to embark on my journey toward my dreams.

But I was too naive to think it would be that too easy. The very first day I went to SM Entertainment as one of its newest trainee, I learned that having the looks and the talent just don't get you there.. 

Fierce competition, the struggle to stay on top and yet to remain as who you truly are, are all a though job to do. Especially when you are surrounded with people who could make you or destroy you.
