You were here with Tao at the Han River because you couldn't sleep. So you decided that going to the Han River would be nice. You had messaged Tao that you were going to the Han River. Even though you knew Tao wouldn't reply cause it was already late at night you still sent the message. A few minutes later he replied saying he couldn't sleep either and he was coming along too.
