How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo guys! Today it's going to be a short chapter because after this I have to do some work and tomorrow I'm going to be busy trick-or-treating so I've decided to make a new chapter today rather than waiting for sunday, nonetheless, let's go!

Body: 32-24.6-34 (in inches)
81-62.5-86 (in cm)
Legs: 19-13-8 (in inches)
49-33-21 (in cm)
After:
Body: 32-24.5-34 (in inches)
81-62.2-86 (in cm)
Legs: 19-13-8 (in inches)
48.5-33-21 (In cm)
My body doesn't feel any different pre-workout so I definitely wouldn't recommend this exercise, in my experience it's not as effective as Jessica's hip kick workout and to be honest this workout takes up a lot of time for no results, if you did this workout and had different results leave it in the comments below and I'll read them and maybe put them into the story!
