Hyuna leg workout results
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo guys! So for this week's exercise we did Hyuna's leg workout and it absolutely KILLED my legs like killed my legs so bad I look like I was taking my first steps after the first 3 days, don't even get me on trying to walk up the stairs during school; it's the equivilent of being a seal getting out of water then falling back in. Because of this I took a rest day so I actually did the exercise for 6 days...

Before:
Body measurements: 32-24.4-34 (in inches) 81.2-61.9-86.3 (in cm)
Leg measurements: 48.5-33-21 (in cm) 19-12-8 (in inches)
After:
Body: 32-24-34 (in inches) 81.2-60-86.3 (in cm)
Leg: 48.5-33-21 (in cm) 19-12-8 (in inches)
I feel like my legs look more toned now and they're less fatty now but according to the measurements nothing really changed. Should you do this exercise? Yeah, maybe if you do it for a longer period of time you'll get more results and according to the results I lost .4 inches/1cm off my waist so there's some potential for the exercise to work wonders if done longer, I might come back to this exercise after a while but until then try it out for yourself and tell me your results in the comments below, I'll read them and we can compare results and maybe I can include your results into this chapter! (If you allow it of course)
