Relief
Save Me"It'll all end soon."
Kwon Soo Ah kept telling herself that she wasn't needed, and that everyone was better off without her. She had caused so much pain and suffering for others. It was finally her turn to suffer the consequences. Nothing would change her mind, not even the calls of her mother.
"There's no turning back."
Soo Ah knew that she would've had to eventually own up to her choices. She had just hoped that it didn't have to come so soon. She would leave behind everything: her past, her present, and her future. She would leave behind her mother, and all the progress she made at school. But she didn't regret her decision. She had made sure to apologize to everyone for her actions, and she had sent her mother her last goobyes. With those last thoughts, Soo Ah took a step closer to the road.
"Kwon Soo Ah!"
Seo Ha Joon had been searching everywhere for Kwon Soo Ah, when he spotted her stepping out into the streets. It pained him greatly knowing that some horrible things could happen to Soo Ah if no one stopped her. Although she had done many terrible things to Yeon Doo, Ha Joon still didn't want her to suffer in this way. Some one needed to stop her.
"Hey! Get out of the way!"
Soo Ah could hear the car honking as its bright lights flashed before her eyes. Right before it could hit her, a pair of strong arms pulled her into a tight embrace. She was too shocked to move. The pair of strong arms belonged to Seo Ha Joon. He had saved her again.
"What were you thinking?"
His words hit her hard. Soo Ah began sobbing into his shirt as she realized what would've happened if he hadn't been there to save her. The result would have been devastating. She broke down. Ha Joon was glad that she hadn't been physically harmed. He couldn't do anything but stand there and try to comfort her. The only emotion he could feel was,
relief.
