“Appaaaaa~” seongwoo called out as soon as I stepped out of the car and ran to hug my leg

“Hey baby, missed me?” I said lifting him up he giggled and poked my cheeks, a hobby he and his dad loved to do

“Eung” he said cutely nodding his head I kissed his chubby cheek

“Hey, lemme join the group hug” I heard Woohyun said from behind and suddenly I felt his arm around my waist

“No, Daddy! It’s Gyu appa and Seongwoo time” Seongwoo shouted playfully shoving his dad

“W-what? What about Hyun daddy and Seongwoo time?” Woohyun asked pouting heavily. I rolled my eyes at him

“It’s later daddy, wait for your turn. I missed appa” Seongwoo said hugging me tightly turning his back to his dad with a cute smile

“Yah! What about me you didn’t miss me? Your cute and handsome dad?” Woohyun said doing cutesy hearts when Seongwoo turned to him and let his dad hug him. I smiled ‘Some things will just never change’

Woohyun was now carrying Seongwoo having their ‘Hyun dad and Seongwoo time’ which was really Woohyun’s idea in the first place. It was during Seongwoo’s 2nd birthday when Woohyun thought of having hug time between he and Seongwoo and Seongwoo and I. First I thought it was ridiculous but I guess I got the hang of it after a while.

“Daddy, shhh appa’s taking a nap” Seongwoo giggled I turned to him with confused look

“I don’t think he’s sleeping bud” Woohyun said mischievously

“Ooops! I thought he was, he had his eyes closed. It’s too small” Seongwoo chuckled giving his dad a high five

“Yah! What did you say?” I said glaring at both of them. If Seongwoo got almost all my physical features he also got almost all Woohyun’s traits like being playful and annoying.

“Uh-Oh! Daddy, quick hamster appa is going to eat us run” Seongwoo said tugging his dad and they both run away from me.

“Yah! Nam Woohyun, stop teaching your son nonsense and lies” I shouted

“It’s not nonsense Gyu, it’s the truth. Merong!” Woohyun said childishly peeking his head out of the door with Seongwoo laughing with him

“You can’t catch us Appa” Seongwoo said sticking his tongue out.

‘Uwaa~ this two ganging up on me like always. I’m so gonna kick Woohyun’s for this’ Aside from poking my cheeks constantly teasing me is also one of their bonding moments which will always end up with me running after them but since Woohyun is fitter than me I never caught them.

I walked to the door and finally entered Woohyun’s parents’ house. Nothing much changed with their house aside from a few new furniture and a different wallpaper. I heard noises from the back patio and slowly walked there.

I saw a lot of pictures of Woohyun’s family and also mine but most of the pictures there were mine and Woohyun. Did I ever say how much our moms wanted us to be together before. I remember Mrs. Nam told me how he wanted to smack Woohyun’s head for being slow on getting me to be his boyfriend. She also told me how she and my mom planned on sending both of us in a secluded area for days so Woohyun wouldn’t have a choice. It was of course Mrs. Nam’s idea. I smiled at the memory.

As I was nearing the patio, I heard my mom’s voice laughing at something

“Omo~ my grandson is really cute” my mom said

I felt a hand on my back and turned to the owner of the hand. I smiled

“Hey dad” I said kissing his cheek.

“Hey Sungkyu, how’s everything” he said smiling

“Everything’s great dad! Just great” I said genuinely looking at both Woohyun and Seongwoo dancing to some random SNSD song

Lunch was spent with lots and lots of talks about random stuff including spongebob and fairly odd parents. Seongwoo received a lot of love from his grandparents and he loves spending his Friday with them from time to time. He loves it when they spoil him so much and when he gets a lot of attention (we know where he got that from)

“Daddy, I want ice cream” Seongwoo said as I got inside the car. Woohyun was settling him down on the baby chair at the backseat. Before Woohyun agrees with his son I quickly interrupted them.

“Seongwoo, we just ate at your grandparent’s and you already ate a lot of chocolate cookies there” I said turning to them slightly. I saw him pout but I’m already immune to it

“You don’t want your teeth to fall out right. You shouldn’t eat a lot of sweets” I said caressing his face with my hand. Woohyun was already inside and putting up his seatbelt. Woohyun probably felt the long face his son had. Did I mention how much Woohyun love to spoil our son?

“Hmmm, since it’s too early to go home why don’t we go somewhere and have fun”
