 I'm just going to do it once a week.  Most likely on Wednesdays... or Thursdays, that way you can forget about it by the weekend~! :DBTW... I'm sorry if this isn't the type of update you guys wanted... I did a double update yesterday so I could do a weekly rant... but sorry nonetheless.... 

I Hate Hypocritical Teachers!!!

 

Okay, so today I  was in seminar, seminar at my school is just a arse class to waste time that we could spend at home with our families at school with people we spend about 7,830 hours of our life for the last 2.5 years. But I'm off topic, sorry. In seminar, I had s pan of oatmeal cookies sitting on my desk because I was going to share with my seminar teacher, Mr. African teacher, {I don't wanna put any names out there...} but he stepped out of the room before I could offer him a cookie. 

While he was outside the room, my friends crowded around me to ask if they could get a cookie after class. So, Mr. African teacher came in and was all "Kia, I'm gonna give you a demerit" so not understanding what I did wrong I asked, "For what?" This man then went on to ignore me so I got up to look at the piece of paper as he wrote on it. He told me to sit down and I told him I wouldn't accept the demerit.

Chapter 52: Hey, I've been wondering if Chicken will make you gain weight? And what about eggs? (I love to eat eggs and I'm trying to cut down the red meat)
I've never been successful in diets U_U and now I'm hoping I could do it. Here's my daily diet schedule:
1-2 hrs of running before school.
30 mins of jump-roping after school
15 mins of Yoga....
Is that okay?

Chapter 16: Hello! I think we've talked before? I'd like to add that if you cut potatoes out it helps a lot as well, I'm on a diet void of red meat, potatoes, dairy (excluding probiotic yogurt) + the things metioned above and it actually feels great :>
