How I start my day....
ღღღRecipes for Weight LossღღღLately, I haven't been feeling well and my mom's a "Kia, you have to stay in bed and don't stare at that computer screen 27/7" so I haven' t been. And because of my illnesses I'm lacking the proper appetite, if I ever had one XD. So how I usually start my day is.
Exerise
For my daily morning exercise, I like to keep it calm and do yoga or pilates. Strentches the muscle and relaxes the mind, body and soul. A great way to start the day, if I must say so myself.
Shower
Gotta get rid of the sweat before you leave the house and stuff XD
Breakfast
For breakfast, I have one medium banana with pure honey drizzle and a small glass of orange juice.
School (if I go)
Somedays I feel well others I don't... but when I do, I pack a lunch of spinach salad with vinagerette sauce and Fruit2O
