She calls my name softly.

"You're so wonderful, Sehun..."

She reaches a slender hand to touch my face.

She turns to face me.

A loud screech.

Her words are cut as she's lurched forward, the lorry colliding strongly with the car.

She lies on the road, bloody, still.

I wake up to cold sweats, panting as I take in my surroundings. My eyes slowly adjust to the darkness that engulfs me. But there isn't any screeching, nor screaming of passers-by, nor sirens of the ambulance. All I hear is the faint beep of the machines, the soft whirrs of the sensors. I sit up and run my hands through my hair.

A nurse opens the door to the ward and looks in.

"Everything alright sir?"

But I just shake my head and bow politely, apologising for the umpteenth time. The nurses are already used to me being here. I come and go as I please. Unusual, isn't it?
