appearance. Take a first glance at Jihye and you would probably think along the lines of "Awwh!" Her long hair waves down to her chest, the rather dark brown color compliments her pale skin quite well. Her hazel eyes are big and doe-like (or bunny-like, if you'd ask her friends), with slight eyebags that add a youthful look to her face. She has a long thin nose and light pink lips. Jihye has a slender figure, just enough to compensate her height. People notice that her hands are quite on the chubbier side, and her friends like to squish and pinch them when they get bored. Overall, Jihye dons an innocent doll-like look.

fashion sense. Jihye's sense of style is rather bipolar. When she's outside, she prefers girly and cute clothes. Pleated skirts are her #1 prized collections, and she has a choice of tops to go with it (crops, sweaters, shirts, you name it). Even in winter, she would still put on her skirts while donning thigh-high socks, ankle, and a long thick full-length to protect her from the cold. She also has a soft spot for oversized (some may call "boyfriend") sweaters, hoodies and jackets. She claims that it's so cozy and it makes her feel warm and snuggly. She doesn't have a fixed favorite color, so she can swing with most of them. She loves wearing sneakers and socks, but she hates wearing flip-flops. Her hairstyle is not quite the complicated type – she can let it flow naturally, barely ever seen in a ponytail. However, when she's indoors, she would take off everything and switch into an oversized hoodie or t-shirt, training pants, and tie her hair up into a messy bun. Sometimes she would use a bear-eared headband to keep her hair from touching her face. Anything to make her casual and easy to move.

Respectful: Growing up with her family, jihye's always been taught to respect the hierarchy around her. She never stands up to the elders, teachers, authorities, bosses, etc. Along the course of time, she's also learned to respect even those who are lower than her, like waiters and janitors. She admires Japanese etiquette, and she implements bits of it into Korean etiquette as well. 
Loyal: jihye has a rather small group of friends, but she learned that harmony and loyalty play a vital role in her friendship. One wrong mistake and it will all turn into a disaster. She's never been the type to betray and/or leave her friends for her personal needs.
Humble: jihye is quite a talented student and an equally caring friend. Many have praised her for being so, usually teachers, family members, and people of the elder generation. However, she takes all the flattery in and just chuckles it off, only saying "Thank you" quietly. She never brags about her skills, neither does she seek power over her friends just to be praised and worshipped.
Compassionate: She is a very selfless person. She would offer help at any chance possible, whether it's emotional support, or sending her friends food when they need it, helping old people cross the street, etc. She suffers seeing people suffer, and she puts herself in their shoes. She thinks everyone deserves to live a peaceful, problem-free life.
Hard-working: She would do just about anything to make sure her work pleases people. She takes critique and advice from her mentors and fellow colleagues, and she uses it for her progress. She will never give up learning and improving herself.

Conservative: jihye believes that she will be safe as long as she does not act too far from social norms. She sticks to the status quo, which makes it difficult for her to accept radical and eccentric people. She would comment, "We don't do that here." whenever someone acts in any way that strays from proper etiquette. She holds her family traditions very strongly, and she tends to stick to her schedules.
Insecure: When she's home alone, she usually reflects on how she's treated the people around her. Was she too expressive? Had she hurt anyone's feelings? Maybe she was too harsh on that one weaker teammate? She needs someone to remind her that she's already done so much to help the people around her, and to tell her to keep doing what's right.
Overthinking: So, she's compassionate alright. She takes critiques and improves, sure. Those are the long-term effects that you see because of her overthinking. When she is being critiqued, she instantly feels down and cries when she's back in her dorm. It's a side effect of her insecurity.
Selfless: Did I say she was caring? Oh, boy she is. Some people call her attention-seeking or desperate: she just couldn't help but offer aid to a distressed person, even when it's not quite necessary to do so. She would put others' needs before her own, only to prove that she is a loyal and dependable friend. She doesn't realize it, but sometimes it makes her friends worried about her well-being. Her sister constantly has to remind her to take care of herself.
