We where standing outside the auditorium waiting for the list to be put up. It a lot of people was here. Me, Sungmin, Sunny and Sulli was standing in the back. 

Us four had been best friends since kinder garden. Then suddenly 6 months ago, Sungmin and Sunny started dating, which made me and Sulli  date too.  Sulli is pretty and smart, she is going to be a lawyer too. But she doesn't make me nervous or make my heart beat faster. Few pecks here and there other then that we're basically more like best friends. 

I had called Sungmin last night telling him about me auditioning for the play. After few minuets of him telling me how stupid that is, then he told me that well he admire me for trying but he s pretty sure I wont make it anyway since I'm only second year.  

Honestly I didn't care if i got the lead or not just wanted to be in the play somehow, do something different for once. 

The bell rang, but people didn't leave yet, Sulli gave me a look, lets just go before we get late. But I needed to know. Then the art teacher came out with the list, and put it up. The crowed went nuts, it was chaos, Sungmin got impatient and started to fight his way to the front. In the end they made way for us. 

"Oh my god! you got it! your playing the Beauty!" Sungmin screamed. 

No way no way, and I looked, and there was my name, Lee Hyukjae- Beauty. I really didn't think I would get it, since during the audition the teacher asked me if I ever have been in any play, which I haven't. Then asked me if I was gay, which I'm not. Then asked If i would be fine kissing a boy in front of the whole school. Which I couldn't answer. So the only good thing he said to me was that he liked my dancing. So  I thought maybe I would be a backup dancer or something small. 

"earth to Hyuk" Sungmin suddenly said,

"huh what?" 

"have you seen who is playing the beast?" 

"no" 

"Guys can we go before we get late" Sullie said, and we started walking towards our class. 

"congrats Hyuk" Sunny said

"Thanks" 

"Shouldn't you say something Sulli to your boyfriend?" Sungmin asked. 

"Oh yeah sure, congrats, although I don't understand why you want to do it anyway, its not like your going to be an actor or something" 

I didn't even bother to reply to that. 

It felt like classes was so slow today, our first meeting would be after school. And I must say I was pretty nervous. 

When we got together for lunch Sungmin told me about the person playing the beast. 

It was Lee Donghae. 

"From what I know he moved back here from the USA this summer. He lives with his dad who owns the workshop right outside town. They say he drives a Harley and that he got kicked out from his last school cause he was in a gang that beat up people and such. I mean you can just look at him and you know he is a bad paper so I feel sorry for you that you have to kiss him" he said looking at me.

"How do you know all this, school only started few weeks ago, and I have no clue who he is"  I asked

"oh I got my ways" he said smirking.

"still gross thinking that your going to kiss a boy" Sulli said.

"Its just a play, its not like I'm going to fall madly in love and run away" I said a bit harsh, I was getting irritated at the lack off support. 

"whoa, chill, " Sungmin said. 

Here I am, sitting in a circle with the art teach and the rest of the group. He was explain the whole concept and why he had chosen to make both the leads male. 

Then we started to introduce ourselves, and In the middle of it, suddenly he came. 20 minuets late. He walked in with his helmet in one hand, wearing a black leather jacket,jeans and white t-shirt. His hair was black a bit long, which he had in a small ponytail and his bangs covered one of his eyes. 

"your late Donghae , I do not tolerate people being late" the teacher said,

"Sorry but Hangeng Hyungs care broke down so I had to give him a ride to work, I mean I couldn't let him be and let him get fired right?" He said smirking.  I think I saw a faint blush on teachers face.

"well you off the hook today, I guess it doesn't hurt that your getting in touch with your sensitive side" 

He just smiled and sat down opposite of me. Our eyes locked for few seconds before I looked away and realized that my eyes had mostly been on him the whole time. 

"You can call me Heechul Hyung or oppa.The next 3 weeks will be intense. Memories the script by next week. So you should forget about your social life for the next 3 weeks." The teach said. Tomorrow you will meet with my partner in this play, he will help you guys with the dance part of the play.  

Then he told us to partner up and do some dancing exercise to loosen up and get to know each other. Naturally Donghae walked towards me. 

"Hi, I' m Donghae, your going to be my partner right? " and he held out his hand. I shook his hand.

"yeah I'm Hyukjae" 

He toke off his jacket and wow those muscles. And wow he even has tattoos.

"so we can start with I do few steps then you copy and you do some and I will copy you, okay?"

"Sure"

"remember to copy facial expressions too"  I nodded. He really didn't seem as bad as Sungmin said though. 

While we where dancing, Heechul came to us, 

"You guys are perfect match, one of the reasons why you got the part is because your dance style fits well with Donghae, plus you have this innocent look which fits the play perfectly. Since your new at this Donghae will take care of you he has been in many plays and he is really good, although he looks like a thug. " 

"not true I look like an angel" Donghae said and was pouting, which made both him and Heechul chuckle. 

The meeting was over and people was packing up. And Donghae walked to me.

"so I heard that you are pretty good at studies and such, would you help me memories the script and I could help you with the dance and other stuff?" 

"sure"  So we exchanged phone numbers.  And I was starting to hope that he wasn't as bad as Sungmin said.
