Seohyun's POV

Fortunately, a taxi passed by.

I flagged the taxi and it stopped for me.

I quickly get on.

By then, Key as already chased up.

He banged on the taxi window, shouting that he can explain.

I told the taxi driver to drive off..

Leaving Key standing there alone.

I dare not look back as tears flow down my cheeks uncontrollably.

"How can he do that?!" I thought.

I reached home, wiping of the tears.

But I cannot help but let the tears keep on flowing.

"Mummy, I'm home.." I mummered.

"I'm glad your-" She said as she came out of the kitchen seeing me crying.

"Oh dear, what happen?" She asked cleaning her hand on her apron.

Looking at my mother, I don't know why but more tears came out.

"Mummy!" I said as I went over to hug her. "Why must it be me..?"

"Don cry darling.." She said as she patted my back. "Sit down and tell me what happened.

I broke the hug and nodded.

"Sit here first okay, I'll prepare a cup of hot chocolate for you.." She said.

"No mum! No hot chocolate please.." I said as I gave her my pleading eyes.

"Is tea fine?"

I nodded and she left me in the hall.

Soon, she came back with a cup of tea.

She sat beside me and took out her apron.

"So tell me what happen." She said as she looked at me.

"Did you know.. I had a boyfriend?"

My mother's eyes widen..

"Really?! I didn't know! That's good! Your old enough to have a boyfriend! But.. You cried so hard.. Don't tell me, he.. cheated on you.."

I shook my head.

"It.. It's because of Jinki oppa.."

My mother's face fell.

I could see her eys getting teary too.

Whenever anybody mentions about Jinki oppa, my mother's eyes will be come teary.

I knew she still misses Jinki oppa.

"Jinki oppa was a gangster.. He got killed by a gangster.. I hate gangsters.. But why must.. my boyfriend be a gangster?" I said as I cried even harder.

My mother hugged me.

"It's alright.."

"Mummy.. What should I do..? Help me.."

"Dear, it's up to you.. It must be your choice.." She said as she broke the hug and wipe of my tears.

I nodded.

"Now go and have a shower.. Forget about this first.."

I walked to my room which used to be Jinki and my room 13 years ago..

I really loved Jinki oppa.

He loved me alot too.

He would bring me out to play alomost everyday.

Even though he had not earned money yet, he would buy toys for me occasionally.

Until one day, my father's business failed.

Oppa have no choice but to be a gangster and earn money.

He died, in a gangster fight..

And it was a big blow to me.

I walked to my desk, which has a picture have oppa and me together.

I held on to the picture as tears fell on it.

I sat down on the chair as I took a pencil and start pending down onto my diary.

Jinki Oppa..

I really miss you..

Can you just please.. come back?

I closed the diary and I looked out of the window..

Tears continued to roll down my cheeks as I recalled the past..

This incident as led me to never ever be related to gangsters..

"I don't want to suffer another blow again.." I thought as I sms-ed Key :
