Everyone was busy running back and forth inside the Loft Garden, where the union of Bae Joohyun and Kang Seulgi would take place. Different people entered the hall, adorned with white laces, surrounded by Ranunculus flowers.

Kang Seulgi stood on the entrance door to greet their guests from each side of the family with her beautiful, sparkling eyes. She’s wearing her white Armani suit making her look elegant and charming in her own way.

“Seulgi, my friend,” Byul grinned, beside her was her girlfriend Solar. She was quiet and not giving the taller girl a glare which stunned Seulgi.

“Byul, I’m glad you made it on time.” She slapped her friend’s arm.

“Yong,” She greeted briefly with a small smile. Solar nodded to her.

“Don’t you dare hurt my Joohyun, arasseo? I’m gonna kill you.” She mumbled. Seulgi chuckled. “She’ll probably kill me first before you do.”

Solar smirked. Then Byul waved at Seulgi and dragged the KMC chairman inside.

The next people who entered were the Jung siblings. Krystal was wearing a long, purple, evening v-neck Bohemian dress. While Jessica wore her simple long chiffon dress with bat sleeves. And the eldest, Yunho, was wearing a classic black tuxedo that accentuated his fine-looking face that women love.

They stopped before Seulgi and the girl couldn’t help but admire those three. They all looked like models.

“Hi, I’m Jung Yunho, brother of these two ladies. It’s nice to finally meet my cousin-in-law.” He greeted with a small smile as he extended his hand for handshake. Seulgi gladly took it and offered a smile.

“Nice to meet you, too, Yunho~”

“You can call me oppa too!”

“Ah yes, Yunho oppa.” She shyly said and glance at the infamous Jung sisters. “Sica unnie…Soo, it’s been a long time.”

“Are you still the same clumsy girl before? Because if you are, how can you protect our girl?” Krystal said casually, Jessica could only wince.

Because way back high school where they all gather before, Seulgi was known for being the klutz in their group.

Seulgi shook her head amusedly, “I’m quite the charmer now so I believe I’m no longer the clumsy Seulgi.” She smiled.

Krystal rolled her eyes but she was smiling. “Fine, if you say so. Anyways, I’m going inside first.”

Jessica winked at the girl and went inside as well, along with Yunho.

Seulgi let out a shaky breath.

She was nervous.

Her heart rammed her ribcage, as second passed she grew weary.

She couldn’t explain the anxiety she’s feeling but she was excited.

Never had it crossed her mind that, she’ll get married to her Joohyun after their break up years ago. Months before she was decided to tie the knot with Seungwan, but everything changed drastically upon the appearance of Joohyun in her life again.

It was wild and crazy how the girl turned her world upside down. In just a snap, her heart unconsciously leaned to Irene.

And she hurt Seungwan.

She didn’t mean to do that.

Not at all.

But a heart wants what it wants.

Johnny entered the room of the bride. He wanted check on his cousin. The day has come and he witnessed how Irene handled the situation, calmly.

She heard the door shut as she faced the mirror in front of her. Was she ready?

To be honest, Irene wanted to flee and just hide but a part of her, somehow, wanted this to happen. But she’s trying to hold back. She was thinking how complicated the situation is. Her, getting married to her ex while she’s planning something on Seungwan which apparently Seulgi’s ex? She doesn’t know yet if they really separated because she never asked Seulgi about it nor mentioned what happened with her and Wendy inside her office that day.

She just wished that today would be a quiet one, no drama and all, because she doesn’t want to lose herself again and be that dark Joohyun.
