Because of how the Russo brothers made Endgame a perfect ending for the Avengers movie, the hours felt nothing like 3

Everyone knew it’s over once the credit scene pops up, the studio lights comes back on and one employee of the cinema can be seen waiting between the exit doorway for them

The employee accompany them out all the way to the main lobby entrance where the SUV and two sedans already parked in line minutes before the movie entered the final scenes

The producer, his assistant, the casts and their managers walks over to the same car they arrived in, not forgetting to thank the cinema employee’s for their hospitality throughout their overtime before getting inside

“It’s our pleasure” they said

Pulling out from the cinema driveway, Yuqi’s and Lucas’s manager starts discussing about a couple of scenes from the movie

One is the mysterious young man in Tony Stark’s funeral that turns out to be the kid who saved Tony in Iron Man 3 making Lucas’s manager convince that there will indeed be a movie for the new generation of Avengers 

“Could be” said Yuqi’s manager, “They did introduce Hawk eye’s daughter in the beginning of the movie"

Hearing Hawk Eye name being mentioned, Lucas auto looks down to his right hand and flashbacks to the one scene that urges him to hold Yuqi’s hand

At that moment. The thought of you throwing my hand aside was bigger of a scale than you actually responding back, his my mind speaks silently gazing to Yuqi who had fallen asleep, short but very sweet, he smiles

The next morning, one of the crew gives an announcement to all of today’s cast that they can go back to their room once they’ve finished with their breakfast

“There will be a message before the first game starts and I will be delivering it to you,” she said

Like they were told, the cast went straight back once their done eating and wait

Angelababy and Li chen are the first two rooms the crew visits tagging along one camera man and one bodyguard with her, “You may follow him” she points to the bodyguard that will be escorting them to the car

Angelababy and Li chen follows him to where the car is parked, “Where are we going?” they asked

“You’ll see” said the bodyguard closing the passenger door

The car takes them to an area of unused warehouses where they both will be the objects of the first game

“The both of you are being held hostage,” said the moderator, “We will separate you in different buildings across from each other for your friends to choose who they feel is more needed to be rescued”

A crew then records a video message from the both to be pass on the casts

Receiving the video message, the same crew that knocked on Angelababy  and Li chen’s room, continue her task visiting the casts one by one

“What's this?” the cast accepts the phone from her hands

“You can’t save them both. You only must choose one” she gives the instruction how the game works

The casts will take turns to go the warehouses so they won’t be able to tell each other who their going to save 

Lucas gets to go first, “I’d save jiejie but i’m sure others will save her” he said to the camera but still thinking hard before finalizing his decisions

When arriving to the location, Lucas can see the two arrows of opposite direction pointing to where Angelababy and Li chen are now being held captive. 

Left warehouse, Li chen. Right, Angelababy

Lucas turns back and forth to his left and right making a decision, “I have made up my mind” he exclaims turning his body position the left, “Li chen ge, I’m coming” he runs inside and up the stairs full of confidence until he discovers it wasn’t Li chen that’s being tied up there but, Angelababy, “Jiejie?” he smiles nervously

Second car just came in the area, the crew who stood by outside contacts through his walkie talkie to the crew inside the building informing Yuqi just pull up in the parking lot

The director asks Lucas to hide in the corner and only come out when Yuqi have chosen who she save already

Yuqi steps out of the car and take a good look to the arrow sign, “Baby jie” she turns her head to the right, “Uncle Li chen” and turned her head to the left, “I’m sure others will save Baby jie” she follows the sign that’s pointing to where she can find Li chen at, “Uncle i’m coming”

“Yuci?” Lucas asked quietly to the camera when he hears her calling for Li chen

Like Lucas, Yuqi is surprised to see Angelababy in the room and not Li Chen, “What?” she gasps and giggles taking small steps of leaps closer to Angelababy, “Hear me out jiejie”

“You didn’t take the time to think before running over here” said Angelababy 

“I can explain” Yuqi laughs nervously

“How could you?” Angelababy witnessing two have picked Li chen over her

“When I heard Lucas was the first to go, I figured he and like everyone else will save jiejie and not Uncle Li chen, that’s why I went straight over here right away” Yuqi continues to laugh telling her reasons why

Hearing his name being mentioned, Lucas comes out from his hiding place, “Hey. Yuci”

“What?” Yuqi is shock seeing Lucas in the same room with her, “What are you doing here?”

“We have the same thought” Lucas walks closer to them both, “I have explained to jiejie if everyone saves her no one will save Li chen ge”

“Sorry. Your reason is still unacceptable” replied Angelababy in a joking tone

But in the end of the game, Angelababy got rescued by 4 from 7 of the cast

They are Ya wen, Yi sha, Guo Ailun and the unexpected one, Zheng kai. 

“I did say it won’t be Baby, but since Li chen ge is capable of saving himself. I end up choosing her” said Zheng kai

While the other 3, Lucas, Yuqi and Jam Hsiao pick goes to Li chen

“Li chen ge helped me once before and it’s my turn to help him now” Jam Hsiao explain his reasons

Three location and four sets, done. Before moving to the last location, the cast and crew have their second break. Between that break, Lucas asks for Yuqi’s help to wipe off the rest of mud mask left on his face

Yuqi takes the wet towel from his hand and wipes the last spot she saw, “Clear” she gives back the towel to him

“Thanks” Lucas smiles taking the towel, “You know, when you told me you can play Guzheng, I thought you were only kidding” he grins widely, “But after witnessing it with my own two eyes, i know now you weren’t”

“What?!” Yuqi couldn’t believe Lucas thought she was only bluffing that time

Lucas burst in laughter putting away the dirty towel, “Sorry. It’s not everyday I come across a girl who prefer to learn and play a Guzheng instead of a guitar” 

“Guzheng is one from the several things I’m interested in to learn. And believe or not, it can relieve the stress from all the studying to maintain good grades in school back in the days” Yuq
