The MisfitsLuhan has actually never met a werewolf before, until now. He knew that they existed, but they didn't live in America anymore. One of those reasons was the royal family, thus the heavy Vampire population. In Europe, the werewolves were more present and they caused the Vampires a lot of problems. D.O. stared at him with gleaming eyes, and Luhan's senses sharpened even more. “Get away from here.”
The human behind him flinched, but immediately ran off, followed by the other humans. D.O. suddenly roared out loud, but Luhan was not impressed. It surprised him a bit how fast the werewolf was, but Luhan was not worried at all. D.O's claw immediately aimed for Luhan's face, but before he could even reach him, someone else blocked the attack. “You shouldn't be so careless.” Kai muttered, his grip as tight as iron.
D.O. jerked his arms free and launched another attack, but Kai blocked it again, this time with his arm. Before he could react though, D.O's free arm hit him at his ribcage and sent him flying. Screams could be heard and people fleeing out of the house, in which Kai crashed in. “You okay?” Luhan wasn't even a bit worried about his personal guard, knowing how tough he was.
Kai shoved the wreckage pieces away, his body unharmed. “Yeah, I am fine.” While Kai stood up, Luhan ducked down and rammed his feet against D.O's chin. In his werewolf form, D.O. was even taller than Changmin. His jaw bones cracked a tiny bit under the heavy kick, but D.O. was not fazed. With a growl, he grabbed Luhan's leg, but Luhan used the moment of the swinging motion of his body to ram his knee into the wolf's face.
With a small yelp, D.O. let go of Luhan, who safely landed on the ground. “You poor being,” there was so much grief inside and sorrow inside D.O, and Luhan could even feel it from afar. Every motion the werewolf made came from his anger solely. The anger and the self-blame for not being able to protect her. “It is too late, you can't bring her back. She's dead.” Luhan's voice sounded hollow as he easily avoided D.O's next attack.
The anger made every of his movement so predictable and for someone like Luhan, it was easy to see through them. “Shut up! What do you know?!” The anger spoke out of him, anger and self-hatred. It didn't make any sense to talk to him in a reasonable way since he wouldn't listen anyway. Luhan glanced over to the corpse of the girl, since he had noticed the presence of the older woman. She was not quite human, but her supernatural presence was only very faint.
“You can't bring her back.” With a loud roar, D.O. dashed right at him. The house collapsed into itself as D.O. slammed his first into the wall. The actual punch only made a huge hole into the wall, but the impact wave was incredibly strong. Luhan was in mid air as the house crushed and he smiled a bit. It was smile that didn't say anything; a smile that did not even reach his eyes.
He pitied D.O. so much, and he wished that he could help him somehow. “Luhan, you should be more careful.” Sehun muttered as he appeared next to him. The two of them backed off as D.O. dashed after them. So incredibly fast and as Luhan blocked the next swing, his body shook slightly. His arm bones were fractured, but they healed immediately. Sehun had noticed that, of course, and he immediately used the chance for his attack. He threw his knife at the open side of D.O. and the werewolf hissed, before he started to howl in pain.
The blade of his knife was covered with a small silver sheet and they knew that si
