The Misfits“We are crazy, right?" Baekhyun asked as Sehun finally joined them. They sat around a small desk at the very end of the house where no one would disturb them. “We are, that's why we are doing this.” A sigh came over Chanyeol's lips, before he grinned. “So it is going to be the headquarter of the hunters.” Lay scratched his head and leaned back in his chair. “We are not crazy, we are insane.” That was most probably true, but still. "The contact man told us that this was the only way to get the money, or do you want to argue with an shady investor?” None of them really wanted to talk to those type of people, actually.
“This is either going to be really, really funny, or really dangerous. I bet on the latter.” Changmin said with a dry voice. It was quite known that the Hunters' Guild had a lot of money in storage, and most of it was pure gold. Since no one dared to attack the guild, and since the Vampires had no interest in them, the hunters failed to see why they should hide their treasure. “Do we have a plan?”
Of course, they don't. They would simply sneak into the headquarter, take as much gold as they could and disappear before anyone could notice anything. “I don't like this idea. I don't like this idea at all, but oh well, I don't think we have any other choice, do we?” Sehun sighed. He seemed strangely absentminded, and Luhan knew that something was not right.
An upset and a feeling of confusion spread inside him, and Luhan immediately knew that those were Hana's feelings. “We should rest though. Even though we might not need it, I am not very fond of storming in that ing guild after this kind of night.” D.O. growled loudly, but he mostly thought of Hana. For a newborn and a girl like her, it must be a lot of stress to go through something like that, and if she ever hear that they would infiltrate the guild, it would only put her under a lot more stress.
“Then we should rest tonight,” Luhan nodded, and they all stood up and scattered in the house. “Sehun, what happened?” Sehun stopped and slowly turned around to Luhan. The girls curiously looked at them, but not one of them dared to go to them. “Nothing happened.” Luhan was one of the few people who could sometimes look behind Sehun's mask, and it was quite clear that Sehun was lying. “What did you tell Hana?”
It must had something to do with her, or else he wouldn't behave so strangely. “Nothing. I told her nothing,” that was the truth though. He didn't tell her anything, but whatever he had told her, she was upset now. “Let me tell you one thing, she's your creation. Show some responsibility, or she will face her end faster than you can think.” Luhan's expression hardened, and he turned around and took the stairs to reach the first floor of the house.
Sehun was right, sadly, and even though Luhan knew that his cousin had said those words only to distract him from the real problem, Luhan wanted t
