AS A RESULT, HER BROTHERS ARE THE ONES THAT TOOK CARE OF HER. HER OLDEST BROTHER IS OLDER THAN HER BY 6 YEARS AND HER 2ND BROTHER IS OLDER BY 2 YEARS. HER BROTHERS WERE HER ONLY COMPANIONS IN HER CHILDHOOD. THEY WERE ALL SHUNNED BY KIDS IN THEIR NEIGHBOURHOODS AS THEY WERE THE ONLY ASIANS. in 2014, her parents had to move to Seoul due to their work and brought the whole family over with them. that's when francesca first experienced kpop. her mum was a fashion designer and worked with various kpop artists. sometimes, francesca would follow her and have the chance to meet the artists too. she wasn't a great fan of kpop but admired the way they performed on stage. they never fail to amaze her with the powerful performances and their hypnotizing gaze.
she was never really interested in being a kpop idol until one day. she was in some waiting room with her mother and a manager noticed her. francesca never had a background in the arts except for gymnastics. the manager spoke to her mother and surprisingly, she agreed, as long as francesca is willing to. of course its difficult for her to audition without any talents but the manager was like "oh wow gymnastics you must be hella flexible!!! why not try dancing??" francesca was hesitant but under the encouragement from her brothers she started learning choreographies at home and auditioned for yg entertainment with her self-choreographed dance and her weak but steady vocals.

personality at first glance, francesca thought daniel was those cocky idols that think that own everything. but nooooo, he's actually so soft?? and precious like... she just wants to protect him. despite his fame and popularity, he's really down to earth and earnest. he also really like cats!!! he's really shy during first meetings and can be really awkward but once you get to know him its just like a bunch of fluffball oml. daniel appears really confident on stage but is the complete opposite off stage. he kinda gives off the boy next door vibes and is a really good listener.
love story at first meeting, francesca disliked daniel. alot. she thought of him as those arrogant male idols that think they have all the girls thirsting after them. it was like 10pm and francesca was going to a practice room near her dorm [not the one in the company xd] and she didn't know daniel was in it. so she walked in and saw him dancing and wowowowow the seductive gaze he have in his eyes immediately made her dislike him. she was about to leave when daniel noticed her and grew flustered [shyboi101] and he was like "you can have the room" and ofc she was suspicious of his motive like wow why is he so nice to me what does he want????? but daniel just sat in a corner using his phone and francesca couldn't dance with a stranger there ohmy. and it gets awkward and that's exactly what she hates the most!!! she was about to get her outta that place when it started raining [ohwow coincidence or kdrama] so both of them got no choice but to stay in the practice room. thats when francesca was like nope this is too awkward and she started a conversation with him. and surprisingly, he's really nice!! not what she had in mind when she first saw him. and the more they talk the more comfortable she feel around him. even better, they have quite alot in common. like their love for cats and basketball. so they actually made a deal to play basketball together one day, and the loser have to treat a meal. and he told her the story of him misgendering his cats and naming them wrongly. and that night, francesca laughed so hard her stomach hurt. who would have thought that this handsome male here have a soft spot for cats??? when the rain stops francesca was just a tinywiny bit sad because she have to part ways with him but daniel was like "um its kinda late for you to go back alone, i'll walk you" and she grew so shy like no boys had ever offered to bring her home or showed that they were worried for her. and that's how francesca wasted 5 hours that night speaking to a stranger.
a week later they met up at midnight to play basketball. and daniel used his height to his advantage and easily won francesca. she ended up treating him a meal from 7/11 and is super salty over her loss. as a result, she challenged him to a match again next week and this continue every week. its like their weekly routine now. sometimes daniel win and sometimes francesca.
slowly but surely, francesca fell for daniel and she don't even know if he feels the same for her. she decided to ask her group members for help and they were always there giving her advice on how to reply to his text messages and interpreting his actions for her. despite the dating ban, francesca was really happy around daniel. she knows that she can't date him now no matter how much she wants to but maybe in the future, if he still feels the same then okay.

trainee life when she entered the company, her korean wasn't that good that so she was actually afraid that there may be communication errors between her and the trainees. but they were really nice and many of them spoke english so there's not much problem. but it was really tough for her. she entered the company with only gymnastic background and her dance wasn't even outstanding, it was decent. many trainees thought that she got in because of connections but its because the judges saw potential in her and upon learning that she only had 1 week to choreograph and practice her audition piece, they were amazed and know that with time, she can become greater. she have a wide vocal range so singing wasn't that big of a deal for her. her only problem was rapping, at that time, she wasn't fluent in korean and had trouble reading the korean words on the sheets.
when she first joined the company, people only noticed her for another pretty face. but a few months later, her dancing got so good that even the idols know of her. she became backup dancers for a few groups and many were shocked when they found out that she didn't have any dance background before joining the company. when mino know of francesca, he was the one that guided her through her raps. even though she's not the best rapper out there, her rapping have improved drastically under mino's coaching. soon, she became known as mino's little sister, even after debut.
