Andie's POV

"Rams", called the president.

I stood from my chair and walked lazily but then, "Oh my gosh!"

I tripped on my feet! Crap! What was that?!

"Your shoes untied", said Shane making that annoying smirk of him again.

Arghh this is so embarrassing!

I almost fell to the ground but before I knew it, someone already caught me. I looked up and saw Hans blinking his eyes with shyness behind those nerdy glasses.

He fortunately caught me with his arm, tightly wrapped around my waist and other hand on my back.

The class gliggled and teased the both of us and he blushed!

Hans Jinson is a new student but is one of the ace students in our school and as usual, the shy guy in class especially in front of the girls. I have never actually seen his features before, since his eyes are hidden from those thick glasses and some bangs covering his forehead.

I haven't talked to him a lot either.

He gentlty lifted me up on my feet and muttered, "S-sorry"

He fixed his glasses with his finger shyly as I also fix my blouse. "Sorry? Why would be? By the way, thanks Hans" I gave him a smile and walked to the president.

"Sorry for that", I told the president as I took the paper then walked back to my chair. As I was about to take my seat, I saw Shane covering his mouth trying to hold his laughter. I gave him the so-what look and sat to my chair.

I crossed my legs and rested my head with my chin on my left hand and elbows on desk.

I slightly turned my head to my right and looked towards Hans in front of Shane.

What is this? Is he blushing? Bit weird for a guy. I've never really see a guy blushing.

The bell rang just after the papers are given.

Our next class ended and so the other one. Nothing unusual happened but time seemed to run so slow! So boring then my phone vibrated.

A text from Jaik.

'I'll meet you at our table!'

Oh, did he just said 'I'? It is usually 'we'. Is there a problem between those two? I sigh. I guess I'll just meet him.

"Yo sistah! Grab some lunch with me?" Lianne said from behind

"I can't make it today. Have to meet my brothers" I explained

"Oh, is it? Is it really?" I don't kow what's with this girl being suspicious about, or is she?

"What? Stop it Lue ok? See yah later!" I exclaimed walking towards the door.

"Fine but you tell me your business later ok!"

"Yeah, yeah, sure! Goodbye!"

Just when I reached the cafeteria, there I saw Jaik and Jaik only at our usual table. I wonder where did Gray have gone.

I sat in front of Jaik and seems like he have read my expression about Gray's absence as he says, "Gray doesn't have class this afternoon and he told me that he'll be buying a new ride" okaaay, I didn't knew that.

"Really! Are you sure? Why didn't he told me first?" I said making a pout. Why on earth didn't Gray told me?

"Because he knew you won't let him" Jaik replied

"Oh. Yeah, that makes sense" as I looked at Jaik, it seems like he is a little bit in a down.

"So, might want to tell me where do those frowns coming from?" I asked

he sigh,"I have the keys for Gray's car" still frowning

"That's great! What's problem with that then?"

"He wants me to give it to you" he said while handing me the keys

"Really? To me? Why?" Ok now I totally lost him.

"Gray is giving his car to you. He said you needed it more than I do" Jaik replied giving me a half smile.

"Don't you want it?" I asked

"Yeah but, nah! I'll just wait for my time to have one. Just better take care of Red, ok?" now placing the keys in front of me. Yep, the car is named, Red. I've never really called it by that, only the two of them does.

I pause for a while, "You sure?", I asked with my eyebrows lifted up. Jaik gave me a look. "Fine", he replied and attempted to grab the keys but I got it first, "Oops! Not so fast bro."

He smiled brightly as he stood up. "Let's go grab our lunch!" I smiled and followed him to the line.

After getting our food, we came back to our seats. As I eat my burger, he started, "By the way sis, dad and I will be sleeping in our Resto tonight. Seems like we will be catering for a huge party for a big time customer. I'll just assist dad. There's a lot of work to be done."

"Really? Great!"

"Great?"

"No, I mean, it's great to see the business going so well"

"Tch, I guess you'll just be happy without me." Jaik said looking down again

"Of course not bro! We're tight!", I tried to give him a fist like we usually do.

He did not gave his and just kept his hand placed on top of the table. I grabbed his fist and fist-touched it with mine. He cracked his bright smile again giving me those boyish nods.

This is what I cannot get with Jaik. He swings mood better than I do. That's why Gray actually made "moodswing" as Jaik's last name. Well, I think it suits him too.

"Yo Jaik! You joined the School Camp last year right? How was it?" I asked with deep curiosity in mind. Don't get me wrong. I was just curious of what else could I get from it if I join.

I saw Jaik's eyes enlightened but he suddenly cleared his throat.

"The School Camp? It was okay."

"Okay? Not even 'really okay'?" I asked with disappointment.

He sighed and continued,"Fine. It was fun! You'll have a partner and you have the entire camp to spend with that person looking for some treasure. Well, it's your luck if you'll be with the person you like to be with. In my case, it was amazing and unforgettable! I even---" I cut him off. "Woah woah woah slow there you go cowboy. I get it, it's fun" I said sarcastically.

His smile made me wonder what was that experience. So creepy though.

"You should join sis. I know it's not your thing but you'll love it"

I sigh,"I still don't know. We'll see."

Jaik smirked with his reply, "Yeah yeah. You wouldn't know unless you try. You'll see"

Both of us finished our lunch and I left first. I looked at my watch and I still have 48 minutes before the afternoon class; a great time to go to my palace and think about the camp.

Not that I own a palace at school. Just a big thanks to the science club for a beautiful rooftop garden. It has the peace that I would always crave for. I don't know but I have no plans on bringing someone to that place. It's my hideout. It's where I can think of what I did and what I will do with my life.

I badly want to check the new flowers and plants they placed in it.

As I open the glass door, I smelled something unfamiliar scent. I'm sure it's not the flowers. The smell is a bit strong. As get closer to bench, there I saw someone.

The . Why on earth is he here! Is he stalking me?

There he is on my favorite bench holding a book by his lap. Wait. Is he sleeping?

I came closer and sat beside him. Yeah, the devil is sleeping. I scanned his face and for once, I saw his face with no frowns, no glares and evil smirks. He really does have a clean face for a guy.

Tch, what do I expect from a spoiled rich boy? Of course it's clean! As I can see, I have to admit he is kinda... kind of...

Nice. Yeah, just nice. I still hate him.

He looked so calm and innocent. How could he be actually rude and a burden to my life? What a waste! If he could just be a little nicer and less disastrous, I might have a crush on this boy.

Oh, what the heck was I thinking! Stop it Andie! You're enemies!

As I keep staring at him, I involunatrily put my fingers between his eyebrows slowly trailing down to his nose bridge and just before it reaches the lips, he caught my hand still with his eyes closed.

I gasped

I felt currents through my hands and my body heated up with his sudden gesture.

Still with his eyes closed, he slowly placed our hands on his chest. I tried to keep myself cool and composed.

Holding my hand, he opened and looked at me with his big blue eyes and caracked with a smirk. I gasped and quickly removed my hand from his.

He gave me a look and satrted, "You stalking me?"

"You? Me, stalking you?" oh please why would I stalk this evil dork!

"Yeah, that's what I said.", he calmy replied

I took a deep breath and let out an amused smile "Wow, you really are confident with that, huh."

"What the? Would you stop bothering me?"

"Hey, I'm the one who came here first then you get here, suddenly touching and admiring my face. Obviously checking me out!"

"Are you still sleeping? Keep dreaming. I am not admiring your face..." ok that's a slight lie "...I just thought you have some dirt in it." and yeah, now that's a lie

"Oh really?" he said with a tone of disbelief wearing a sly grin

"Yes and by the way, I have been staying in this garden since it was made so it means I have more right to stay here. You may now go." I said gesturing to the stairs.

"You've been staying here since it was made? Well I made this garden. This garden is my project." he stood up crossed his arm.

"Your project? Don't trick me boy. This is the Science club's" I defended

"I am science club. The president of science club." he declared. My eyes narrowed together with my eyebrows.

"You serious?"

"U-huh..." so he really is the president? The one I should be thankful for with this garden? But how? "...So it means I have more right to stay here. You may now go" he said imitating my words and gestures, smirking at the same time.

"You can't do that Mr. Pesident, this is school's property now" I stood up with a fist down beside me.

"So can't you. But I can still ban you from going here Rams. I have the power on my hands."

"No, you wouldn't" I said glazing at him

"Oh yes, I would" he replied and started walking around me "Besides, I still have an unfinished business with you Rams"

"What do you mean?"

"See, eavesdropping in our conversation is rude and that gum in your hair also explains a lot." oh, yeah there is still the gum in my hair! yay life!

"Hey. I think it's the other way around Wilhem. You did this to me" pointing at the gum on my hair and continued, "...and what was that you said to that girl?..." I pretend to recall "...'You're dating me?' I have more complains to you Wilhem. When will you ever stop playing with me! I'm not a toy!" I held his jacket and shook him back and forth.

I tried to hold my tears with my head bent down as I didn't noticed both of my hands still on his shirt, near his chest. He hold my hands with both of his and slid it down. He lift my head and smiled. Luckily, there were no tears came out at all.

"Maybe we could make a deal" he suggested with a smile

"A deal?"

"Yeah, an agreement. Let's race back home after class. If you win, I'll stop bothering you. You loose, nothing will change. Deal?" without a second thought, "Deal".

"Great?" he ask

"Great." I ended the conversation and turned my back when he suddenly called, "Rams! We're not done yet."

I didn't turn back but tilted my head to right raising a brow, "What now?"

"Uhmm" he paused for a while and continued, "Let me get rid of that gum"

What did he just say? Am I dreaming? Did I heard it right?

Wait! Should I let him? Think Andie, think! This is Shane Wilhem trying to help you! Or is he?
