Donghae is doing much better. The truth is that agent Hyukjae is helping him really much. NIS was scared that a North Korean agent could try to kill him so they send agent Hyukjae to protect him. The problem is that Hyukjae and Donghae became friends … or maybe something more? Hyukjae loves spending time with Donghae who is strong enough to leave the hospital and he is slowly exploring South Korea. Donghae is amazed by everything, every small thing in South Korea is so exciting and Hyukjae can’t help but falls in love with the young man who is happy because of every tiny thing. But Donghae didn’t forget about Yesung and today he came to visit him.

Donghae knows that Yesung isn’t doing well and he is sad because they are friends and he wants to help him. Donghae silently sits on a chair next to Yesung’s bed and they watch the TV. Well, only Donghae is watching the TV, he loves the movies and K-dramas, but Yesung keeps falling asleep and waking up. The last night wasn’t easy for him. He had terrible nightmares and the nurses had to give him strong sedatives to calm him down. Donghae is trying to find some way how to start speaking about Siwon. He knows that Yesung hates Siwon and he wants to help him. He remembers all the nice things Yesung said about Siwon and he needs to save their relationship.

Donghae pointed at the stuffed toy next to Yesung.

“Nice bunny, who bought it?”

Yesung looks at the bunny as if he doesn’t know that it is there.

“Siwon …”

Donghae smiles at him, but then Yesung opens his mouth again.

“He wants to buy me … but he killed my family.”

Donghae’s smile disappeared and he frowned.

“I know that your brother and father died but you need to see the whole picture. Siwon is a spy because he wants to end this madness, he wants to stop the crazy bastard and that can’t be done without sacrifices. If my family died in the order of freeing our country then I am proud of their sacrifice.”

Donghae has tears in his eyes while he remembers his family but the memory of them won’t die as long as Donghae breathes. Their picture is going to stay in his mind forever.

“Sometimes individual needs to suffer for the welfare of society.”

Yesung looks at Donghae and silently starts to cry.

“He bought me a bunny … and I can’t forget when I ate mice and frogs.”

Donghae also didn’t forget about it, but they were so hungry. The hunger was driving them crazy, it wasn’t their fault.

“Do you really want to be alone like me? I have no one, you have Siwon, so don’t leave him.”

Donghae cries and grips Yesung’s small hand before staring directly in his eyes.

“Siwon did what he had to do … try giving him one more chance.”

Yesung looks in Donghae’s pleading eyes and weakly nods.
