Jisoo spent the entire Friday catching up on work, that she did not realize it’s almost time to go to Jeju.

Jennie’s plus one is her brother so everyone was surprised when he came running to her when they met at the lobby.

“That’s Jennie’s boyfriend, right?” 

She heard Hanbin ask Hayi. Aside from Mino, Jennie and Chaeyoung, no one knows about her twin brother.

“Jaewon!”

She heard Mino greet his brother. It was the first time they saw each other today. Mino was locked at the conference room for most of the day with Seungyoon as they tried to finish the revisions for a client.

“Hey, man!” Jaewon greeted Mino while everyone else started to look confused.

Jennie then decided to clear the air. “Jaewon is Jisoo’s twin brother.”

“Oh, you’re the twin brother?” Hayi asked. She knew that Jisoo has a brother, but she has never introduced them.

“Yep. This is my evil twin.” Jisoo said as she ruffled Jaewon’s hair.

Jisoo saw Hanbin suddenly move closer to Hayi. Maybe he forgot that her brother is Jennie’s boyfriend.

They were all travelling with Hyunsuk, as Boss Ji and Ms. Dee left for Jeju earlier that day to prepare. 

“No plus one?” Mino suddenly asked her.

“No plus one.” She smiled back at him. “You?”

Mino shook his head. “I have a friend who’s dying to be my plus one, but I said no. He’s just going to mess things up.”

Jisoo suddenly grew curious on who the friend is. She’s been away for a while, and since she came back, Mino was trying to keep a distance form her.

“I thought you don’t have friends?” She suddenly dared to ask.

“I’ve been talking to some of my old friends lately. You know, those guys with Jiho and Ji.” He said not looking at her.

“Jieun?”

He cringed at the sound of her name. “It’s Jihoon.”

“Huh?” Jisoo looked confused. 

“Ji. It’s Jihoon. Some crazy guy I don’t understand how he became my friend.” He started to laugh.

“You know a lot of Ji’s. Is that why you don’t want to call me that?” She asked, remembering their first date.

“Maybe. But it was actually more of the fact that that’s what I call Jieun too.” He tried to sound normal at least.

“You must be confused a lot. Ji-yong, Ji-hoon, Ji-ho, Ji-eun.”

“Ji-soo.” He added.

She smiled at the thought and tried to hide it from him. It felt nice to be a part of the Ji’s in his life.

“I heard you have a Ji of your own too. Ji-nyoung.” Mino said in a strained voice.

She immediately felt defensive about him. “Oh, he’s just a friend.” 

Then it suddenly dawned on her that Mino wasn’t even insinuating anything about her relationship to the guy.

“He and me both then, huh.” Mino said. 

“We’re not as close as we do, believe me.” Jisoo cringed again at the thought of spilling these words to him. What the hell is wrong with her?

She then realized that Mino was blushing, and so she did too.

“Everything ok there? We’ve got a nurse here.” Seunghoon said while walking with Seulgi.

“Hi Jisoo, Mino!” She greeted them.

“We’re good.” Mino answered Hoon.

Jisoo nodded and waved back to Seulgi. “Yes. We’re good.”

We’re good. She grinned to herself.
