Her Cold Heart.“Ah Miss Park. Welcome back to class. Please take any seat you want.”
Dara's eyes went straight to the back of the classroom to scan for empty seats. And thankfully, there was one where she wanted it to be. Perfect.
She walked over to the back of the class and took her place at the right back corner of the class, by the side of the window. She knew everyone’s eyes was on her, it had been the moment she had slid open the class door. Their eyes were on her, the old ones scrutinizing her, criticizing her, looking down on her while the new ones judging her, plotting ways to make the new girl life miserable. It was evident by the look on their faces. But Dara didn’t give two s about them. They knew nothing; those spoilt-rich-goodfornothing brats. They knew nothing. Of her. Of life.
