Her Cold Heart.Luhan had entirely skipped his morning maths classes and when someone questioned his absenteeism he just shrug them off with his given reasons that his alarm clock didn’t wake him up. But he knew the real reason why he rather stay in bed than attend their class. And he shook his thoughts away as he ate his food that Lay had help him buy earlier on. Even xiumin skipped the class and is still sleeping in his bed.
They were in the cafeteria now that morning classes were over. Lay and suho both had plasters on their arms and cheeks respectively, from their judo sparring yesterday night . But before Luhan could ridicule his friends, something caught his ears.
“I talked to dara unnie just now.” Minzy abruptly uttered softly out.
And this time everyone at the table freezed with what they were doing and stared at the younger girl.
Seeing how she had everyone's attention, she gulp down the air that she had just inhale through , not knowing if she did the right thing by mentioning her encounter with dara on her way to the cafeteria just now. She had had the inner battle with herself of whether to keep it to herself or say it out loud and the latter won.
Out of nowhere, she felt a hand squeezing her shoulders, giving her nothing but the familiar comfort she usually thrived in. With that small gesture from Tao, she calm herself down before letting out the details of her conversation.
“ ’Home. High fever and flu.’ And that was all she said when I asked her where she had been.”
It was dead silence after minzy had spoken.
“And she never say anything else? Why isn’t she here then?” questioned chaelin, getting more peeved as the minutes goes by.
