Sehun’s POV

 

[continuation]

 

With a heavy exhale, I grab the doorknob and brace myself. Swinging it wide open, I throw my arms up and hug Luhan.

 

“Luhannie! Hey babe~! Did you miss me so much that you left the party early?”

 

“No” he dryly answers back.

 

OUCH!

 

That kind of hurt…but I’ll get over it. I always do.

 

“And also, you don’t need to be all lovey-dovey with me since Anna is not here. I actually hate it.” He added

 

OUCH! Second time… T~T

 

There was silence…we’re just standing. I am holding the door while he’s still outside.

 

“Sehun, I need your help.” He broke off the silence between us

 

I look up to Luhan’s face. His eyes are locked down onto me and immediately, I can sense the sadness overflowing in his eyes. This guy really knows how to kill the mood.

 

“Come inside” I say with a serious tone as I wave my hand towards my front door.

 

He doesn’t even hesitate as he sticks his hands into his dress pants pockets and walks inside with his gaze fixed onto the ground. Something is definitely wrong. There’s always a problem whenever he looks like this.

“Oh I see..” I briefly say as I shift my body to the side of my computer desk.

 

Luhan just told me everything that happened at the dinner party. At first I thought the he finally confessed to Anna, but no, he’s just so upset because she decided to go talk to another guy.

 

Honestly, this guy is so impulsive with his emotions.

 

He slouches over so his elbows are resting on his thighs. He rubs his hands through his silky hair, making me wish it was my hands doing that.

 

“What should I do Sehun? I mean, there’s no way Anna can get over her man-hating phase that fast.” He asks

 

“She can if it’s just temporary. How many years have passed Luhan? How many years have you been friends? I mean best friends?” I give emphasis on the word ‘best’

 

“But I know there’s something deeper to Anna’s hate”

 

I raised my eyebrow “Are you sure?”

 

Suddenly I feel my pillow smack into my face “HEY!” I shouted.

 

I was scrolling to the story I was reading earlier.

 

“Will you stop and just help me?” he asked with an impatient tone

 

“Geez! You’re such a pain in my a**” I mumble while he threw another pillow at me

 

“OKAY. Okay! I’ll help you. Just stop hitting me with my pillows.” I say

 

It doesn’t hurt but seeing him frown like that is making me feel awful. If only he knew what power he had over me.

 

“Why don’t you just tell her the truth?” I ask, tossing my pillows back onto my bed

 

“I want to find out why she hates men first” he bluntly says.

 

“Correction…it’s man…not men”

 

“What are you talking about?” he asks with a confused face

 

“She doesn’t hate all men.”

 

“Sehun! Just stop confusing me.” I can sense that he’s irritated.

 

“I…I..I don’t want her to hate me when I’ve told her the truth.”

 

“…because you’re in love with her” I finish off his sentence.

 

A faint blush appears upon his cheeks.

 

“I---I don’t love her..” he childishly says as he emphasized the word 'love'

 

I looked at him with my left eyebrow raised. “hhhm?”

 

“I mean, I really really like her…but love isn’t something you should say so lightly” he says while looking only at the ground

 

“You just don’t see it” I confidently tell him

 

“You’ve done so much just to be close to Anna. Can you not say that’s love?” I added

 

His blush reddens “Shut up..” while he buries his face onto the pillow next to him.

 

He’s so cute when he’s like this. I know he’s really in love with Anna. He just doesn’t want to admit it himself.

 

“I have an idea” I immediately say as the imaginary light bulb goes off above my head

 

“What?” he curiously asks

 

“Just make her fall in love with you” I tell him with a grin on my face

 

“How the hell am I going to do that?” he scowls

 

“YAH! Do you want my help or not?”

 

“I do, but how am I going to make her fall in love? How is she going to fall in love with a gay guy like me?” he asks

 

“B*tch! You’re straight.” Luhan only chuckles after I said that

 

Seeing his smile makes me want to just lock him up and never let him go.

 

AH! I need to get a grip! I need to end this now before I change my mind.

 

I quickly go up to him, grab his hand and pull him off my bed.

 

“Okay, so now that we’ve found a solution, you need to go.”

 

I literally have to push him down my hallway as he tries to argue back.

 

“WAIT! We haven’t come up with a plan yet..” he screams

 

“We don’t need to. Just seduce her or something” I ramble as I continue to push him out

 

“Sehun what’s with the hurry?” Luhan asks as he tries to fight against me pushing him

 

I really need to end this before I decide to never let him go.

 

“Come on! I’m a busy person, Luhan. So I need you to leave now.” I tell him continuing to push him again “Go over to Anna’s place and apologize for earlier.”

 

“I can’t just go to her house and seduce her! Dummy!”

 

“St*pid! Just go apologize for now!” I finally push him out of my house door

 

He’s finally outside of my house. “But Sehun..” he complains while pouting his lips

 

Luhan can be childish sometimes.

 

I decided to finalize my plan for him. “You can tell Anna that you were mad earlier because I broke up with you over the phone. That I’ve found someone else.”

 

“I want to stop being your pretend boyfriend. Plus, you’ll never make Anna fall for you if you’re dating me. That would be two-timing.” I chuckle

 

“You sure it’s safe to do that? I mean will she suspect anything?” he asks, not even caring about how I feel >,>

 

“Im 100% sure.” I force myself to say, making sure my voice doesn’t shake

 

I need to pull out my sarcastic side to make him believe my act “Will you miss me that much? Just go now or I’ll call the cops”

 

He cracks a smile with a sweet chuckle. “Thanks Sehun” is all he says before dashing away.

 

“Yeah Go get your girl!” I scream

 

I was about to close the door when I see him running towards me and gives me a hug.

 

A very tight hug.

 

“You’re a very important friend of mine, Sehun” he says while hugging me tightly

 

After a million decades have passed.

 

Ahaha seriously it took like a minute just hugging without saying anything

 

He left my house and he is on his way to Anna’s house.

 

 

 

-,- hhhhmmmm sad life

 

Now where is the d*mn ice cream?!?! I have a long night ahead of me.
